What are the erection and steps of buckle-type scaffolding

The buckle-type scaffolding has been well received by customers because of its characteristics such as fast erection speed, firm connection, stable structure, safety, and reliability.

The construction process of the buckle-type scaffolding must be carried out in an orderly manner in strict accordance with the specific operating procedures: site leveling and compaction; basic bearing capacity test, material allocation; positioning and setting of usually pads and bases; establishment of vertical poles; vertical and horizontal sweeping poles Installation; setting of vertical and horizontal crossbars; setting up unloading wire ropes; vertical poles; vertical and horizontal crossbars; external diagonal bars/scissor braces; wall fittings; paving scaffolding boards; tying protective railings and protective nets.

Pre-construction:
1. Be familiar with the characteristics of the buckle scaffolding, including accessories: lock pins, connectors, sleeves, discs, and other specific usage methods.
2. Based on the conditions of the construction object, foundation bearing capacity, erection height, and the basic requirements of the regulations, a special construction plan shall be prepared and implemented after review and approval, and key personnel shall be trained on construction knowledge.
3. The quality of steel pipe frames and accessories entering the construction site should be rechecked before use.

Under construction:
1. The height of the formwork bracket should not exceed 24m; when it exceeds 24m, it should be specially designed.
2. Adjustable base setting specifications: The exposed length of the adjustable base adjustment screw should not be greater than 300mm, and the height of the bottom horizontal rod as the sweeping rod from the ground should not be greater than 550mm.
3. Adjustable bracket: The length of the cantilever extending out of the top horizontal pole or double-channel steel joist is strictly prohibited to exceed 650mm, and the exposed length of the screw rod is strictly prohibited to exceed 400mm. The length of the adjustable bracket inserted into the vertical pole or double-channel steel joist shall not be less than 150mm.
4. Setting requirements for diagonal bars and scissor braces: When the erection height is not greater than 8m, the step distance is not greater than 1.5m. Vertical diagonal bars should be set on each floor of the first span inward around the outer facade of the bracket body. Vertical diagonal bars should be installed on the entire bottom layer and the top layer, and vertical diagonal bars or scissor braces built with fastener steel pipes should be installed vertically and horizontally every 5 spans in the internal area of the frame from bottom to top. When the erection height is greater than 8m, vertical inclined rods should be installed all over the place, and the step distance of horizontal rods should not be greater than 1.5m. Horizontal layer inclined rods or fastened steel pipe scissor braces should be installed every 4 to 6 standard steps along the height.

After construction:
Construction workers must wear safety helmets, fasten seat belts, and wear non-slip shoes. Safety protection must be complete. Technicians should regularly check the insertion degree of the scaffolding lock pin to prevent potential safety hazards such as scaffold collapse accidents, damage to the safety net, and the degree of hooking of the steel springboard caused by unstable connections of accessories and tripping of the lock pins.
