1. Material requirements:
The galvanized steel springboard is made of Q235B steel plate with a thickness of 1.5mm, and its material and production should conform to the national standard GB15831-2006 steel pipe scaffold fasteners.
2. Quality requirements:
a. The outer dimensions of the galvanized steel springboard are 2000mm-4000mm in length, 240mm in width, and 65mm in height. The hot-dip galvanized steel springboard has an I-beam structure on both sides (high strength of I-beam), with raised holes on the surface with flanges (anti-slip To prevent sand accumulation), double-row stiffeners are pressed on both sides of the surface close to the I-beam (at the edge of the I-beam). The double-row stiffeners form two inverted triangular grooves on the surface of the scaffolding steel springboard, below the mother board With embedded reinforcing ribs, the quantity is: The 4m steel springboard should have 5 ribs.
b. The length error of the galvanized steel springboard should not exceed +3.0mm, the width should not exceed +2.0mm, and the hole flanging height error should not exceed +0.5mm. Non-slip hole diameter (12mmx18mm), hole distance (30mmx40mm), flange height 1.5mm.
c. The bending angle of hot-dip galvanized steel springboard should be kept at 90°, and the deviation should not exceed +2°.
d. The surface of the hot-dip galvanized steel springboard should be flat, and the deflection of the surface should not exceed 3.0mm. During welding, the base metal cannot be damaged by welding, ensure the quality of galvanization, control deformation, and prohibit false welding and desoldering.
e. The flanges of the end plate and the intermittent ribs shall be welded with strengthened spot welding. The welding seam shall be kept flat, and the gap x shall be less than 1.5mm (the provided template is the benchmark and shall not be exceeded).
Standard testing method for galvanized steel springboard:
a. Raw material requirements:
Each batch of galvanized steel sheets entering the factory must issue a material report or a test report issued by a testing organization.
b. Appearance and welding requirements:
It is inspected visually by quality inspectors.
c. Dimensions:
Use a steel tape measure for measurement.
d. Deflection of board surface:
Testing on the platform.
e. Load strength:
Lay a 500mm long L50X50 angle steel on a 200mm high platform, and put a hot-dip galvanized steel springboard on it. The span of 2m is 1.8m, and the span of 3m is 2.8m (10cm at each end). A pressure of 250kg is evenly distributed at 500mm on both sides of the center line of the surface and kept for 24 hours to determine the deformation value of the center point of the specimen. The bending deflection does not exceed 1.5mm. After removing the load, it can be restored to the original shape.
