2. Standard Inspection for Disc-lock Scaffolding: JG/T 503-2016. Inspection items: Appearance, compressive strength of adjustable base, shear strength of connecting plate on one side, shear strength of connecting plate on both sides, bending strength test of connecting plate, tensile strength test of connecting plate, shear strength of inner circumferential weld of connecting plate.
3. Cup-lock scaffolding inspection standard: GB 24911-2010. Inspection items: appearance quality, weld strength of horizontal bar joints, compressive strength of adjustable supports, strength of upper cup-lock, and weld strength of lower cup-lock.
4. Ringlock scaffolding inspection standard: GB 24911-2010; GB/T 228.1-2010. Inspection items: elongation after fracture of steel pipe, tensile strength of steel pipe, lower yield strength of steel pipe, weld strength of horizontal bar joints, and weld strength of lower cup-lock. Scaffolding inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection, with different inspection items. The specific items to be inspected are determined according to the actual situation.
