Scaffolding Accessories

1. Scaffolding pipe
Scaffolding steel pipes should be welded steel pipes with an outer diameter of 48mm and a wall thickness of 3.5mm, or welded steel pipes with an outer diameter of 51mm and a wall thickness of 3.1mm. The maximum length of steel pipes used for horizontal rods should not be greater than 2m; other rods should not be greater than 6.5m, and the maximum mass of each steel pipe should not exceed 25kg, to be suitable for manual handling.

2. Scaffolding coupler
Fastener-type steel pipe scaffolding should be made of forged cast iron fasteners. There are three basic forms: right-angle fasteners for the connection between vertical cross members, rotary fasteners for the connection between parallel or oblique members, and Butt fasteners for the butt joints of rods.

3. Scaffolding plank
The scaffolding board can be made of steel, wood, bamboo, and other materials, and the mass of each piece should not exceed 30kg. Stamping steel scaffolding board is a commonly used scaffolding board. It is generally made of a 2mm thick steel plate, with a length of 2-4m and a width of 250mm. The surface should have anti-skid measures. The wooden scaffolding board can be made of fir board or pine wood with a thickness of not less than 50mm, the length is 3~4m, the width is 200-250mm, and two galvanized steel wire hoops should be installed at both ends to prevent the end of the wooden scaffolding board from being damaged.

4. Connecting wall parts
The connecting wall piece connects the vertical rod and the main structure. The rigid connecting wall piece can be composed of steel pipes, fasteners, or embedded parts, and the flexible connecting wall piece with steel bars as the tie bars can also be used.

5. Scaffolding Base
There are two types of bases: insert type and outer type. The outer diameter D1 of the inner type is 2mm smaller than the inner diameter of the pole, and the inner diameter D2 of the outer type is 2mm larger than the outer diameter of the pole.
