Key points to control when erecting disc-buckle scaffolding support frames

1. Set out correctly according to the dimensions marked on the support frame configuration drawing. The erection range shall be based on the design drawings or specified by Party A and shall be corrected at any time as the support frame is erected.
2. After setting out the foundation, place the adjustable base in the corresponding position. Pay attention to the bottom plate of the base when placing it. It is strictly prohibited to use materials with uneven bottom plates. The base wrench can be adjusted in advance to a position about 250mm from the bottom plate to facilitate elevation adjustment during erection. Place the main frame sleeve part of the standard base upwards onto the adjustable base. The lower edge of the standard base must be completely placed in the groove of the wrench’s stress plane. Insert the cast head of the crossbar into the small hole of the disc, so that the front end of the cast head of the crossbar is against the round tube of the main frame, and then use an inclined wedge to penetrate the small hole and knock it tightly to fix it.
3. After installing the sweeping rod, level the entire frame to ensure that the frame is on the same horizontal plane and the horizontal deviation of the frame’s crossbars is not greater than 5mm. The exposed length of the adjustment screw of the adjustable base should not be greater than 300mm, and the height of the lowest horizontal rod as a sweeping rod from the ground should not be greater than 550mm.
4. Arrange the vertical diagonal poles according to the plan requirements. According to the requirements of the specification and combined with the actual erection conditions on site, the vertical diagonal pole layout is generally divided into two forms, one is the matrix spiral type (i.e. the lattice column form), and the other is the “eight” symmetrical form (or “V” type symmetry). The specific implementation is mainly based on plans.
5. Adjust the height of the frame as it is erected and check the verticality of the frame. The verticality of the frame at each step (1.5m high) allows a deviation of ±5mm. The overall verticality of the frame allows a deviation of ±50mm or H/1000mm (H is the entire frame. high).
6. The cantilever length of the adjustable bracket beyond the top horizontal pole or double-channel steel joist is strictly prohibited to exceed 500mm, and the exposed length of the screw rod is strictly prohibited to exceed 400mm. The length of the adjustable bracket inserted into the vertical pole or double-channel steel joist shall not be less than 200mm.
7. Structural measures such as frame-holding columns and tie ties should comply with the program requirements.
