The formulation of a comprehensive scaffolding erection plan should follow these steps and precautions:
(1) Scaffolding operating conditions: The erection plan needs to be approved, and detailed instructions given to the workers. All raw materials must be inspected; unqualified materials are not allowed to be used. Qualified accessories should be neatly stacked according to type and specifications. The site must not have standing water, and the erection location must be cleaned and leveled.
(2) Scaffolding material selection: Materials should be selected reasonably according to the project characteristics and relevant national standards. For example, ordinary steel pipes of 48×3.5 mm should be used. When used as uprights and diagonal braces, the length should be 4-6 meters; when used as horizontal braces, the length should be around 1.3 meters. Drilling holes in the steel pipes is strictly prohibited. Connecting fasteners must meet material requirements. Scaffold boards should be 50mm thick, with each board weighing no more than 30kg. Commercial concrete with a strength grade of C25 should be used for the foundation.
(3) Foundation Treatment of Scaffolding: The foundation uses 20cm concrete slab strips. Frozen soil must be cleared and compacted before pouring. After pouring, wooden planks are laid on the slab strips. Two layers of wooden planks are required for the outer scaffolding near the eaves.
(4) Scaffolding Erection Requirements: For scaffolding near the eaves, the middle row should be 1m away from the building. Cross-bracing should be added to the first layer of the eaves to reduce the load on the eaves. Double uprights should be installed for the outer scaffolding from ±0.00 upwards for 35m. Three rows of scaffolding should be erected from the outdoor ground level. The innermost row should extend to the bottom of the eaves, the middle row should extend 50cm below the roof eaves, and the outermost row should extend to the third step of the scaffolding above the eaves.
(5) Scaffolding Stress Calculation: The erection dimensions are: longitudinal spacing of uprights 1.5m, transverse spacing 1.05m, vertical spacing 3.6m, and horizontal spacing 4.8m. The uniformly distributed load during construction is 3.0 KN/m², with two layers constructed simultaneously, and three layers of scaffold boards laid in total.
(6) Safety measures for scaffolding: Technical personnel must provide technical and safety briefings to scaffolding erection and site management personnel. Personnel who have not received the briefing are not allowed to participate in the erection work. Steel pipes, fasteners, scaffold boards, and other materials must be inventoried, inspected, and accepted to ensure they meet design requirements. Debris on the erection site must be removed, and the stability of the slope must be inspected and addressed.
