Scaffolding erection and dismantling. The specific erection should be carried out according to the regulations and construction plan requirements.
1. Scaffolding erection and dismantling operations should be carried out according to special construction plans.
2. Before scaffolding erection operations, safety technical instructions should be provided to operators.
3. The scaffolding erection site should be flat and solid, the drainage of the site should be smooth, and there should be no water accumulation. The concrete strength of the scaffolding attached to the building structure should meet the safety bearing requirements.
4. Scaffolding should be erected in sequence and should meet the following requirements:
1) The erection of ground-based scaffolding and cantilever scaffolding should be synchronized with the construction of the project. The erection height should not exceed two steps of the top wall connection, and the free height should not be greater than 4m;
2) Support scaffolding should be erected row by row and layer by layer;
3) Reinforcement rods such as scissor braces and diagonal braces should be erected synchronously with the frame and should not be installed later;
4) The erection of component assembly scaffolding should extend from one end to the other, and be erected step by step from bottom to top, and the erection direction should be changed layer by layer;
5) After each step of the frame is erected, the spacing, step distance, verticality of the vertical poles, and the horizontality of the horizontal poles should be corrected according to regulations. 5. The installation of the wall ties of the working scaffolding must comply with the following regulations:
1) The installation of the wall ties must be carried out simultaneously with the erection of the working scaffolding, and delayed installation is strictly prohibited;
2) When the operating layer of the working scaffolding is 2 steps higher than the adjacent wall ties, temporary tie measures must be taken before the upper wall ties are installed.
6. When the cantilever scaffolding and attached lifting scaffolding are erected, the anchoring and fixing of the cantilever support structure and the attached support should be firm and reliable.
7. After the attached lifting scaffolding is assembled in place, it should be inspected lifted, and debugged according to regulations, and it can be put into use only after meeting the requirements.
8. The dismantling of scaffolding must comply with the following regulations:
1) The dismantling of the frame should be carried out layer by layer from top to bottom. It is strictly forbidden to operate at the same time;
2) The rods and components on the same layer must be dismantled in the order of first outside and then inside; the reinforcement rods such as scissor braces and diagonal braces must be dismantled when the rods in that part are dismantled;
3) The wall connecting parts of the working scaffolding must be dismantled layer by layer with the frame. It is strictly forbidden to dismantle the wall connecting parts in one layer or several layers before dismantling the frame. During the dismantling operation, when the height of the free end of the frame exceeds 2 steps, a temporary tie must be added.
