First, Core Elements of a Scaffolding Acceptance Form
1. Basic Information: Required: Project Name/Construction Unit/Acceptance Location; Indicate the erection height (accurate to the nearest meter) and material type (e.g., steel pipe/cup-type); The full implementation standard must be stated (e.g., JGJ130-2019).
2. Safety Qualifications: Scaffolders must hold a provincial-level or higher-level special operations permit; Scaffolding over 20 meters tall requires an expert review report; Sectional acceptance records and safety briefing documents must be complete.
3. Structural Safety: Verticality deviation of uprights must be ≤3‰, with spacing as per the plan; Wall ties must be rigidly connected, with 3 steps and 3 spans for heights under 24 meters; Bracing must be installed continuously with an inclination angle of 45°-60°.
4. Protective Facilities: 1.2-meter guardrails and 18-cm toeboards are installed on the working level; Close-mesh netting is fully enclosed; Construction levels exceeding 1.5 meters require elevated protection; Scaffolding boards must be fully covered without probes; Safety nets must be installed every 10 meters.
Second, Differences Between Different Scaffolding Types
1. Ground-Based Scaffolding: Focus on inspecting foundation compaction and drainage measures; cantilever beam anchorage length ≥ 1.25 times the cantilever length.
2. Cantilever Scaffolding: Sectional steel height ≥ 160mm, welds must be full; wire rope diameter ≥ 14mm, and turnbuckle bolt tightening torque must meet standards.
3. Attached Lifting Scaffolding: Independent anti-fall device; synchronization control device error ≤ 30mm.
Third, Key Scaffolding Acceptance Points
Eight Scaffolding Acceptance Times: ① Foundation completion but before scaffolding erection; ② First-floor main crossbars completed; ③ Every 6-8 meter height; ④ Before loading operations; ⑤ Reaching the design height; ⑥ After experiencing force 6 winds/heavy rain; ⑦ Resuming use after being out of service for more than one month; ⑧ Final inspection before dismantling.
Fourth, Prohibitions During Scaffolding Inspection
1. Corroded steel pipes (wall thickness ≥ 3.6mm) are prohibited;
2. Flexible connections are not permitted for wall ties.
3. Close-mesh netting must pass an impact test.
