AstanaBuild 2026, the 26th Kazakhstan International Exhibition of Architecture and Interior Design

The 26th AstanaBuild will be held from April 28th to 30th, 2026 at the EXPO International Exhibition Center in Astana, Kazakhstan.

Astana is one of the fastest-growing megacities in Eurasia. Its economy accounts for 10% of the region’s GDP. The economic structure is primarily trade-driven, accounting for 18.6%, with construction and industry accounting for 7.9% and 5.8% respectively.

A comprehensive solution to housing development issues will be provided through the following measures:

• Targeted integration of engineering and communication infrastructure into planned construction sites, including engineering networks for heating, water, gas, electricity, telephone, and sanitation facilities.

• Achieving an annual increase of at least 1.3% in housing deliveries, reaching a target of 38.6 square meters of housing supply by 2025.

• Developing and planning engineering and communication infrastructure in multi-family residential developments.

• Balancing the development of housing, public services, and transportation infrastructure.

• Constructing water and sanitation networks within healthcare facilities.

• Monitoring water supply, i.e., inventorying and certifying engineering networks.

Expanding the range of regional export products, increasing labor productivity, and increasing the number of innovative products in the city’s GRP structure by more than 2% (e.g., construction equipment (tower cranes, curtain wall elevators, freight elevators), insulation pipes, coating products, etc.) by creating new high-tech industries.
