1. Ground-type scaffolding
Inspection points for the construction plan of ground-type scaffolding
Is there a construction plan for the scaffolding; whether the height of the scaffolding exceeds the regulations; there is no design calculation book or it has not been approved; whether the construction plan can guide the construction.
1) Inspection points for the foundation of the pole: Is the foundation of the pole flat and solid every 10 extended meters, and meets the design requirements of the plan; whether the pole lacks a base and pads every 10 extended meters; there is a sweeping pole for every 10 extended meters; whether there are drainage measures for every 10 extended meters.
2) Inspection points for the connection between the frame and the building structure: If the height of the scaffolding is above 7 meters, whether the frame and the building structure are connected, whether the connection is missing or not firm according to the specified requirements.
3) Inspection points for the spacing between components and scissor braces: Whether the spacing between the vertical poles, large horizontal bars, and small horizontal bars exceeds the specified requirements every 10 extended meters; whether the scissor braces are set according to the regulations; whether the scissor braces are set continuously along the height of the scaffolding, and whether the angle meets the requirements.
4) Inspection points for scaffolding and guardrails: Whether the scaffolding boards are fully laid; whether the material of the scaffolding boards meets the requirements; whether there are probe boards; whether a dense safety net is set on the outside of the scaffolding, and whether the nets are tight; whether a 1.2-meter-high guardrail and footboard are set on the construction layer.
5) Inspection points for the setting of small horizontal bars: Whether a small horizontal bar is set at the intersection of the vertical pole and the large horizontal bar; whether the small horizontal bar is only fixed at one end; whether the insertion of a single-row shelf horizontal bar into the wall is less than 24CM.
6) Inspection points for briefing and acceptance: whether there is a briefing before the scaffolding is erected; whether the acceptance procedures are carried out after the scaffolding is erected; and whether there is quantitative acceptance content.
7) Inspection points for pole overlap: whether the overlap of the large crossbar is less than 1.5 meters; whether the steel pipe uprights are overlapped, and whether the overlap length of the scissor brace meets the requirements.
8) Inspection points for the closure of the frame: whether the construction layer is closed every 10 meters with flat nets or other measures; whether the construction layer scaffolding poles and the building are closed.
9) Inspection points for scaffolding materials: whether the steel pipes are bent or rusted seriously.
10) Inspection points for safe passages: whether the frame is equipped with upper and lower passages; whether the passage setting meets the requirements.
11) Inspection points for unloading platforms: whether the unloading platform has been designed and calculated; whether the unloading platform is erected in accordance with the design requirements; whether the unloading platform support system is connected to the scaffolding; whether the unloading platform has a limited load sign.
2. Cantilever scaffolding
1) Inspection points for construction plan: whether there is a construction plan for the scaffolding; whether the design has been approved by the superior; whether the erection method in the plan is specific.
2) Inspection points for cantilever beams and frame stability: whether the cantilever rods are firmly tied to the building; whether the cantilever beam installation meets the requirements; whether the bottom of the vertical pole is firmly fixed; whether the frame is tied to the building according to regulations.
3) Inspection points for scaffolding boards: whether the scaffolding boards are laid tightly and firmly; whether the scaffolding board materials meet the requirements; and whether there are probes.
4) Inspection points for load: whether the scaffolding board load exceeds the regulations; whether the construction load is evenly stacked.
5) Inspection points for briefing and acceptance: whether the scaffolding erection meets the requirements; whether each section of scaffolding erection is accepted; and whether there is a briefing.
6) Inspection points for pole spacing: whether the vertical poles exceed the regulations every 10 extended meters; the spacing of the large horizontal bars exceeds the regulations.
7) Inspection points for frame protection: whether 1.2-meter-high guardrails and footboards are set on the outside of the construction layer; whether a dense safety net is set on the outside of the scaffolding, and whether the nets are tight.
8) Inspection points for interlayer protection: whether there is a flat net or other measures for protection under the working layer; whether the protection is tight.
9) Inspection points for scaffolding materials: whether the specifications and materials of rods, fasteners, and steel meet the requirements.
3. Portal scaffolding
1) Inspection points for construction plan: whether there is a construction plan for the scaffolding; whether the construction plan meets the requirements of the specifications; whether the scaffolding exceeds the height by design or approval by the superior.
2) Inspection points for frame foundation: whether the scaffolding foundation is flat; and whether there is a sweeping rod at the bottom of the scaffolding.
3) Inspection points for frame stability: whether it is tied to the wall as required; whether the tie is firm; whether the scissor brace is set as required; and whether the deviation of the portal frame pole exceeds the regulations.
4) Inspection points for rod locks: whether they are assembled according to the instructions; and whether the assembly is firm.
5) Inspection points for scaffolding boards: whether the scaffolding boards are fully laid and whether the distance from the wall is greater than 10CM; whether the material of the scaffolding boards meets the requirements.
6) Inspection points for briefing and acceptance: whether the scaffolding erection has been briefed; whether each section of scaffolding erection has been accepted.
7) Inspection points for frame protection: whether 1.2M guardrails and 18CM footboards are set on the outside of the scaffolding; whether a dense mesh is hung on the outside of the frame, and whether the mesh is tight.
8) Inspection points for rod material: whether the rod is deformed; whether the local welding is open; whether the rod is rusted and not painted.
9) Inspection points for load: whether the construction load exceeds the regulations; whether the scaffolding load is evenly stacked.
10) Inspection points for passages: whether upper and lower passages are set; whether the passage setting meets the requirements.
4. Hanging scaffolding
1) Inspection points for the construction plan: whether there is a construction plan for the scaffolding; whether the construction plan meets the requirements of the specification; and whether the construction plan is instructive.
2) Inspection points for production and assembly: whether the production and assembly of the frame meet the design requirements; whether the suspension points are designed and whether the design is reasonable; whether the production and burial of the suspension point components meet the design requirements; whether the spacing between the suspension points exceeds 2m.
3) Inspection points for rod material: whether the material meets the design requirements, whether the deformation of the rod is serious, whether there is local welding; whether the rust on the rods and components is painted with protective paint.
4) Inspection points for scaffolding: whether the scaffolding is fully laid and firm; whether the material of the scaffolding board meets the requirements; and whether there are probes.
5) Inspection points for acceptance of the briefing: whether the scaffolding is accepted when it enters the site; whether the load test is carried out before the first use; and whether the acceptance data is comprehensive before each use.
6) Inspection points for load: whether the construction load exceeds 1KN; whether more than 2 people work per span.
7) Inspection points for frame protection: whether 1.2m high guardrails and footboards are set on the outside of the construction layer; whether a dense safety net is set on the outside of the scaffolding, whether the nets are tight; whether the bottom of the scaffolding is tightly closed.
8) Inspection points for installers: whether the scaffolding installers have received professional training; and whether the installers wear safety belts.
5. Suspended basket scaffolding
1) Inspection points for construction plan: whether there is a construction plan; whether the construction has a design calculation book or has not been approved; and whether the construction plan guides the construction.
2) Inspection points for production and assembly: whether the anti-overturning of the cantilever beam anchor or counterweight is qualified; whether the assembly of the suspended basket meets the requirements; whether the electric hoist is a qualified product; whether the suspended basket has been load tested before use.
3) Inspection points for safety devices: whether the lifting hoist has a warranty card and whether it is valid; whether the lifting suspended basket has a safety rope and whether it is valid; whether there is hook insurance; whether the operator wears a safety belt and whether the safety belt is hung on the lifting rope of the suspended basket.
4) Inspection points for scaffolding: whether the scaffolding is fully laid; whether the material of the scaffolding meets the requirements; and whether there are probes.
5) Inspection points for lifting operation: whether the personnel operating the lifting are fixed and trained; whether there are other personnel staying in the hanging basket during the lifting operation; whether the synchronization devices of the two hanging baskets are synchronized.
6) Inspection points for briefing and acceptance: whether each lifting is accepted; whether there is a briefing for lifting and operation.
7) Inspection points for protection: whether the outside of the hanging basket is protected; whether the outside vertical net is neatly closed; and whether the two ends of the single hanging basket are protected.
8) Inspection points for protective top plate: whether there is a protective top plate during multi-layer operation; whether the setting of the protective top plate is reasonable.
9) Inspection points for frame stability: whether the hanging basket is firmly tied to the building during operation; whether the hanging basket wire rope is inclined, and whether the gap from the wall is too large.
10) Inspection points for load: whether the construction load exceeds the regulations; whether the load is evenly stacked.
6. Attached lifting scaffolding
1) Inspection points for use conditions: whether there is a special construction organization design; whether the safety construction organization design has been approved by the superior technical department.
2) Inspection points for design calculation: whether there is a design calculation book; whether the design calculation book has been approved by the superior department; whether the design load is 3.0KN/M2 for the load-bearing frame and 2.0KN/M2 for the decorative frame. The lifting state is 0.5KN/M2; whether the axis of each rod at each node of the main frame and the supporting frame intersect at one point; whether there is a complete production and installation drawing.
3) Inspection points for frame structure: whether there is a fixed main frame; whether the frame between the two adjacent mainframes has a fixed supporting frame; whether the vertical poles of the scaffolding between the main frames can transfer the load to the supporting frame; whether the frame is erected according to the specified structure; whether the cantilever part of the upper part of the frame is greater than 1/3 of the frame height and exceeds 4.5M; whether the supporting frame uses the mainframe as support.
4) Inspection points for attachment support: whether the main frame has connection points on each floor; whether the steel cantilever frame is tightly connected to the embedded steel bars; whether the bolts on the steel cantilever frame are firmly connected to the wall in accordance with the regulations; whether the steel cantilever frame meets the requirements.
5) Inspection points for lifting devices: whether there is a synchronous lifting device, whether the lifting device is synchronized; whether the rigging and hoisting equipment have a safety factor of 6 times; whether there is only one attachment support device for the frame during lifting; whether there are people standing on the frame during lifting.
6) Inspection points for anti-falling and anti-tilting devices: whether there is an anti-falling device; whether the anti-falling device is set on the same attachment device as the frame lifting, and there are no more than two places; whether there is a device to prevent left and right, front and back tilting; whether the anti-falling device works.
7) Inspection points for segmented acceptance: whether there are specific inspection records before each lifting; whether there are acceptance procedures after each lifting and before use, and whether the information is complete.
8) Inspection points for scaffolding boards: whether the scaffolding boards are fully laid; whether the gaps from the wall are sealed tightly, and whether the scaffolding board material meets the requirements.
9) Inspection points for protection: whether the mesh net and safety net used on the outside of the scaffolding are qualified; whether there are protective railings on the operating layer; whether the outer closure is tight; whether the closure below the operating layer is tight.
10) Inspection points for operation: whether it is erected according to the construction organization design; whether the technical personnel and workers are briefed before operation; whether the operating personnel are trained and certified; whether there are cordons during installation, lifting, and dismantling; whether the stacking load is uniform; whether the lifting is uniform; whether there is equipment weighing more than 2000N on the frame during lifting.
