1. Construction preparation
(1) Before the scaffolding is erected, a special construction plan and safety technical measures should be formulated, and construction drawings should be drawn to guide the construction. The construction drawings should include plan drawings, elevation drawings, section drawings, main node drawings, and other necessary structural drawings.
(2) The special construction plan and safety technical measures for scaffolding must be reviewed and approved by the technical person in charge of the enterprise before they can be organized and implemented.
(3) The setting of concealed projects such as embedded parts should be carried out according to design requirements to ensure quality; the acceptance procedures for concealed projects should be complete.
(4) Scaffolding erection personnel must be certified and undergo regular physical examinations; they must wear safety helmets, safety belts, and non-slip shoes when erecting and dismantling.
(5) When the scaffolding is erected, the concrete of the main structure corresponding to the wall connection and steel support frame must reach the strength required by the design calculation. When the upper scaffolding is erected, the concrete strength corresponding to the steel support frame shall not be less than C20.
2. Installation
(1) Before the scaffolding is erected, the plan preparer and the full-time safety officer must provide written safety and technical instructions to the personnel involved in the scaffolding according to the requirements of the special construction plan and safety technical measures, and perform the signing procedures
(2) During the scaffolding erection, the erection personnel should be guaranteed to have a safe working position, safety facilities, and measures should be complete, temporary enclosures and warning signs should be set up at the corresponding ground positions, and there should be special personnel for supervision
(3) The bottom and outside of the scaffolding should have protective measures to prevent falling objects from injuring people
(4) The lines should be accurately laid out and positioned according to the requirements of the special construction plan. The scaffolding should be erected in accordance with the specified size, structure, and sequence
(5) Special parts of the scaffolding (such as balconies, corners, light wells, frame openings, etc.) must be constructed according to the requirements of the special construction plan and safety technical measures.
(6) During the erection process, the scaffolding should be tied to the main structure in a timely manner or temporarily supported to ensure safety. For unfinished external scaffolds, the scaffolding should be ensured to be stable at the end of each day. If necessary, other reliable measures can be taken to fix it.
(7) During the erection process, the step distance, longitudinal distance, horizontal distance, and verticality of the poles should be corrected in time as required. After each erection of 10~12m in height, a safety inspection should be carried out as required. Only after the inspection is passed can the erection continue.
3. Use
(1) Before the scaffolding is erected and put into use, the plan preparation personnel full-time safety personnel, and other relevant personnel should be organized to inspect and accept it according to the special construction plan, safety technical measures, and the requirements of Appendix A. It can only be put into use after the inspection is passed.
(2) During the use of the scaffolding, the construction load on the frame must meet the design requirements. During the structural construction stage, no more than 2 layers shall be operated at the same time, and during the decoration construction stage, no more than 3 layers shall be operated at the same time. The total standard value of the uniformly distributed load of each operating layer within a span shall not exceed 6kN/m2, and the concentrated load shall not exceed 300kq; the construction waste and other debris on the scaffolding frame shall be cleaned up in time.
(3) It is strictly forbidden to arbitrarily expand the scope of use of scaffolding
(4) During use, it is strictly forbidden to perform the following illegal operations:
1) Use the frame to lift materials; 2) Push carts on the frame; 3) Arbitrary removal of frame structural parts or connectors; 4) Arbitrary removal or movement of safety protection facilities on the frame; 5) Other illegal operations that affect the safety of cantilever scaffolding.
(5) When performing electric or gas welding on the scaffolding, fire prevention measures, and safety supervision must be taken
(6) It is strictly forbidden to continue working on the scaffolding in weather conditions such as level 6 (including level 6) or above, thunderstorms, fog, and heavy snow. Before working on the scaffolding after rain or snow, accumulated water and snow should be cleared, and anti-slip measures should be taken. Special construction plans should be formulated for night construction, sufficient lighting should be provided, and necessary safety measures should be taken
(7) During the use of the scaffolding, safety inspections should be carried out regularly (no less than once a month) as required, and unqualified parts should be rectified immediately.
(8) If the scaffolding has been out of use for more than one month or encounters strong winds or heavy rain (snow) of level 6 (including level 6) or above, it should be inspected for safety according to the requirements. It can only be used again after passing the inspection.
4. Disassembly
(1) Before the disassembly operation, the plan preparation personnel and full-time safety officers must conduct a written safety and technical briefing for the personnel participating in the disassembly according to the requirements of the special construction plan and safety and technical measures, and perform the signing procedures.
(2) Before dismantling the scaffolding, the fasteners, wall connectors, support systems, etc. of the scaffolding should be fully inspected to see if they meet the structural requirements. At the same time, the debris on the scaffolding and obstacles that affect the disassembly operation should be removed.
(3) During the disassembly operation, a warning area should be set up and unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the construction site. The construction site should be equipped with personnel responsible for overall command and full-time supervisors. The operating personnel should strictly implement the construction plan and relevant safety and technical regulations.
(4) During disassembly, there should be reliable measures to prevent personnel and materials from falling. The dismantled rods and components should be passed down layer by layer, and throwing materials is strictly prohibited.
(5) The demolition work must be carried out from top to bottom layer by layer. It is strictly forbidden to carry out the work from top to bottom at the same time.
(6) When dismantling the scaffolding, the wall ties must be dismantled layer by layer along with the scaffolding. It is strictly forbidden to dismantle the wall ties in one or several layers before dismantling the scaffolding.
(7) When the scaffolding is dismantled in sections or facades, the technical plan should be determined in advance, and necessary reinforcement measures must be taken in advance for the two ends of the scaffolding that are not to be dismantled.
