Why is scaffolding construction faster and more economical

First: Less steel is used per unit of scaffolding.
The φ60 series disc-lock scaffolding uses Q345B low-carbon alloy structural steel for both horizontal and vertical members. The maximum distance between members can reach 2 meters. For the same support volume, the steel consumption is reduced by 1/2 compared to traditional products, and the weight is reduced by 1/3 to 1/2. This reduction in steel consumption not only improves economic efficiency but also reduces the difficulty of construction.

Second: Unique scaffolding design.
The disc-lock scaffolding features a specially designed insert and locking structure. The joint design takes into account the effect of self-weight, giving the joint reliable bidirectional self-locking capability, avoiding the need for nuts. It also requires fewer assembly parts, making the assembly and disassembly speed 3-5 times faster than conventional methods. Assembly and disassembly are quick and labor-saving; workers can complete the entire operation with just a hammer. The erection speed of ordinary scaffolding by a single worker is only 35m³/day, but the erection speed of disc-lock scaffolding by a single worker can reach 100-150m³/day. Improved erection efficiency and reduced labor costs.

Third: On-demand scaffolding erection.
Disc-lock scaffolding can be assembled into single and double-row scaffolding units with different frame sizes, shapes, and load-bearing capacities according to specific construction requirements. It also includes support frames, support columns, and other functional construction equipment to meet diverse construction needs and improve efficiency.

Fourth: Easy management and storage.
Disc-lock scaffolding has no parts, is quick to assemble and disassemble, convenient to transport, and easy to store, indirectly improving construction efficiency and facilitating on-site material management.

Fifth: Long service life.
Disc-lock scaffolding uses internal and external hot-dip galvanizing for rust prevention. Components are impact-resistant, have excellent appearance, require no painting, are energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and have a service life of over 15 years. In contrast, ordinary steel pipe scaffolding only lasts 5-8 years. This effectively avoids the hassle of frequent replacements, further improving efficiency! Ordinary steel pipe scaffolding requires 1-2 maintenance sessions per year, while disc-lock scaffolding only needs maintenance every 3-5 years, saving time, effort, and money!
