(1) Internal support step distance requirements: When the erection height does not exceed 8 meters, the step distance should not exceed 1.5m; when the erection height exceeds 8 meters, the step distance should not exceed 1.5m.
(2) Independent high formwork height requirements: For long, strip-shaped independent high formwork, the ratio of the total height of the scaffold to its width (H/B) should not exceed 3.
(3) Adjustable support requirements: The exposed length of the threaded rod of the adjustable support must not exceed 400mm, and the length of the support inserted into the upright or double-channel steel beam must not be less than 150mm.
(4) Adjustable base requirements: The exposed length of the adjusting threaded rod of the adjustable base should not exceed 300mm, and the height of the lowest horizontal bar of the ground should not exceed 550mm.
(5) Continuous erection height requirements for double-row external scaffolding: It should not exceed 24 meters. (6) Requirements for step distance and span of double-row external scaffolding: The step distance should preferably be 2m; the longitudinal spacing of the uprights should preferably be 1.5m or 1.8m, and should not exceed 2.1m; the transverse spacing of the uprights should preferably be 0.9m or 1.2m.
(7) Requirements for the arrangement of diagonal braces of scaffolding: Within the allowable erection height of 24 meters as specified in the code, one vertical diagonal brace should be installed every 5 spans per layer along the outer longitudinal direction of the scaffolding, or a steel pipe scissor brace with couplers should be installed every 5 spans.
(8) For each horizontal layer of double-row scaffolding, when there is no hooked steel scaffold board to strengthen the horizontal layer’s rigidity, a horizontal diagonal brace should be installed every 5 spans.
(9) Requirements for wall ties of scaffolding: The distance from the connection point between the wall tie and the scaffolding body to the disc-lock node should not exceed 300mm.
