Safety Operation Guide for the Industrial Scaffolding

As an important support system for construction sites, the safety of scaffolding is of vital importance. To ensure construction safety, the following are the safety operation specifications for scaffolding:

1. Quality inspection of scaffolding: Before entering the construction site, the scaffolding must undergo strict quality inspection to ensure that it meets safety standards and is accompanied by a quality inspection report.

2. Site selection and geological inspection for scaffolding: When selecting a construction site, it is necessary to conduct a quality inspection of the geology to ensure that the ground is flat and the bearing capacity meets the standards to avoid the risk of collapse. If the geological conditions meet the standards and the ground is flat, an adjustable base can be placed for adjustment.

3. Professional operation of scaffolding: The erection and dismantling of scaffolding must be the responsibility of professionally trained scaffolders who are certified. Non-special operations personnel are not allowed to engage in erection operations. Construction workers must wear safety helmets and safety belts correctly when entering the construction site. Each worker on the frame must be equipped with non-slip gloves, non-slip shoes, and safety hooks or bags. The work tools should be hung on the safety hooks or placed in the bags.

4. Standard erection of disc-type scaffolding: When erecting the frame, the first-layer vertical poles, horizontal poles, and vertical diagonal poles should be erected as required, and the platform steel springboard should be laid. The step distance should be set reasonably and erected according to the pre-approved construction requirements. After the erection is completed, a safety inspection should be carried out to ensure that it meets the standards before use.
