How to Operate Disc-Lock Scaffolding Correctly and Safely

1. Quality Inspection of Disc-Lock Scaffolding: Before entering the construction site, the scaffolding must undergo quality inspection and pass the test, with a quality inspection report provided.

2. Selecting a Site for Disc-Lock Scaffolding Erection: Conduct a quality inspection of the site’s geological conditions to ensure the ground is flat, has sufficient load-bearing capacity, and will not collapse. If the geological conditions are acceptable and the ground is flat, adjustable bases can be used for adjustment.

3. Personnel for Disc-Lock Scaffolding Construction: The erection and dismantling of disc-lock scaffolding must be carried out by trained professional scaffolders who hold valid certificates. Non-specialized personnel are prohibited from performing erection operations. Scaffolders entering the construction site must wear safety helmets and safety belts correctly. Each worker on the scaffolding must be equipped with non-slip gloves, non-slip shoes, and safety hooks or bags for work items. Work items must be hung on safety hooks or placed in bags.

4. When erecting disc-lock scaffolding, erect the first-layer uprights, horizontal bars, vertical diagonal braces, and lay platform steel planks as required. The step spacing should be reasonable, and the scaffolding should be erected according to the pre-approved erection requirements. Use the scaffolding only after a safety inspection according to the intended use.
