First, the preliminary preparation of the buckle scaffolding
1. Check the foundation: make sure the ground is flat and solid. For weak foundations, steel plates or concrete pads need to be laid, and drainage measures need to be set up.
2. Count the materials: check the number of components such as vertical poles, horizontal poles, diagonal poles, and connecting plates, and check whether there is deformation or damage.
Second, installation of vertical poles for buckle scaffolding
1. First-layer vertical poles: Adjust the bottom adjustable base to the same horizontal height, insert the vertical poles vertically into the base, and tap with a hammer to ensure stability.
2. Extended vertical poles: increase the height layer by layer through the connecting plate, the upper and lower vertical poles need to be aligned, and the pins are inserted and rotated clockwise to lock. The vertical deviation of the vertical pole must be less than 1/500 of the height.
Third, installation of horizontal poles and diagonal poles for buckle scaffolding
1. Crossbar connection: align the wedge pin at the end of the horizontal pole with the hole of the vertical pole connecting plate, insert it and knock it to fix it, and ensure that the horizontal rod is straight.
2. Diagonal bar reinforcement: Diagonal bars are arranged along the outer diagonal of the scaffolding to form a triangular stable structure, and each layer needs to be set up in two directions.
Fourth, the laying of scaffolding boards and the protection of the buckle scaffolding
1. Scaffolding board installation: Use hooks or bolts to fix the steel/wooden scaffolding boards on the crossbars, and the gap between the boards is ≤5cm.
2. Add guardrails: 1.2m guardrails and footboards need to be set on the top and working layers, and safety nets need to be hung.
Fifth, inspection and acceptance of the buckle scaffolding
1. Verify item by item: Check whether all pins are locked, and whether the verticality and horizontality of the rods meet the requirements.
2. Load test: Perform a static load test at 1.2 times the design load, and it can be used only after there is no deformation for 4 hours.
Sixth, precautions for the buckle scaffolding
1. Overloading is strictly prohibited, and concentrated loads need to be dispersed;
2. Check the connection nodes regularly, and re-inspect after strong winds, rain, and snow;
3. When dismantling, it should be carried out layer by layer according to the principle of “install first and then dismantle”, and throwing components is prohibited.
With its modular design, the buckle scaffolding has an installation efficiency that is 30% higher than that of traditional scaffolding, but it must strictly follow the specifications to ensure safety.
