Since the disc-type scaffolding pole is made of Q345B low-carbon alloy steel, its bearing capacity is much greater than other scaffoldings. At the same time, due to the diagonal rod specifications, it plays a diagonal bracing role, and the unique disc-type self-locking design has high bearing capacity and safety. In the formwork support frame and other operating frame projects, the specific design and structural requirements of the scaffolding are crucial for those who are just getting started.
First, the disc-type scaffolding is used for the formwork support frame.
1. In the formwork support system, the height of the formwork support should not exceed 24 meters. If it exceeds 24 meters, it should be specially designed separately.
Note: It should not exceed 24m. In fact, the single pole of the 48 series of disc-type scaffolding can bear 10 tons, so if it exceeds 24m, it can be designed separately, and there is no problem with safety.
2. For the full-floor formwork support with a height of less than 8m, the step distance should not exceed 1.5m.
3. For formwork supports with a height of more than 8m, vertical diagonal bars should be fully set, and the pitch of horizontal bars should not be greater than 1.5m. Horizontal diagonal bars or fastener steel pipe scissors braces should be set every 4 to 6 standard steps along the height. When there are structures around, it is advisable to form a reliable tie with the surrounding structures.
4. When the formwork support is set up as an independent tower support without a lateral tie, vertical diagonal bars should be set on each side and each step of the frame.
5. For long strips of high-supported formwork, the ratio of the total height of the frame to the width of the frame H/B should not be greater than 3.
6. The pitch of the top horizontal bar of the tall formwork support should be reduced by one disc spacing compared to the standard pitch.
7. The exposed length of the adjustable screw rod of the adjustable base of the formwork support should not be greater than 300mm. As the bottom horizontal bar of the sweeping rod, the height from the ground should not be greater than 550mm.
8. When setting up a pedestrian passage in the formwork support, if the passage width is the same as the width of a single horizontal bar, the first layer of horizontal bars and diagonal bars can be indirectly removed, and vertical diagonal bars should be set on the vertical bars on both sides of the passage. If the passage width is different from the width of a single horizontal bar, a supporting beam should be set up on the upper part of the passage.
9. A closed protective plate should be laid on the top of the opening, and safety nets should be set up on both sides. Safety warnings and anti-collision facilities must be set up at the opening for motor vehicles.
Second, the disc-type scaffolding is used for double-row scaffolding.
1. When the disc-type scaffolding is used to erect a double-row scaffolding, the erection height should not exceed 24m. The geometric dimensions of the frame can be selected according to the use requirements. The step distance between adjacent horizontal bars should be 2m, the vertical distance between vertical bars should be 1.5m or 1.8m, and should not be greater than 2.1m, and the horizontal distance between vertical bars should be 0.9m or 1.2m.
2. The first layer of the scaffolding should be staggered with different lengths of vertical poles. The vertical distance between the staggered vertical poles should not be less than 500mm, and the bottom of the vertical poles should be equipped with an adjustable base.
3. When setting up a double-row scaffolding pedestrian passage, a supporting beam should be erected on the upper part of the passage, and diagonal bars should be added on both sides of the passage. A closed protective plate should be laid on the top of the opening, and a safety net should be set on both sides; the opening for motor vehicles must be equipped with safety warnings and anti-collision facilities.
4. For each horizontal pole layer of the double-row scaffolding, when there is no hanging steel scaffolding board to strengthen the rigidity of the horizontal layer, a horizontal diagonal bar should be set every 5 spans.
5. The wall connection parts should be kept vertical to the facade and wall of the scaffolding. The wall connection parts of the same layer should be on the same plane. The horizontal spacing should not be greater than 3 spans, and the distance from the outer side of the main structure should not be greater than 300mm. The wall connection piece should be set next to the disc-locking node with a horizontal rod. The distance from the connection point to the disc-locking node should not be greater than 300mm. When using steel pipe fasteners as wall connection rods, it is advisable to use right-angle fasteners to connect with the disc-locking vertical rods.
6. The disc-locking scaffolding on the working layer should be equipped with footboards and guardrails on the outside, and a dense safety net should be hung on the facade of the outside of the scaffolding; the guardrail is set at a height of 500mm and 1000mm from the working layer.
Before the disc-locking scaffolding project is operated, a disc-locking scaffolding construction plan must be formulated first. The construction plan must be formulated according to the disc-locking scaffolding erection specifications. Only by being familiar with and mastering the key points in the erection specifications can the safe and smooth development of the project be guaranteed. Do you understand the structural requirements of the disc-locking scaffolding used in the two projects of formwork support frame and double-row scaffolding? The disc-locking scaffolding erection specifications must be run through the entire construction to ensure the safety of the scaffolding construction.
