Eight key points for supervision of scaffolding erection

The supervision of scaffolding erection is extremely important. The following are eight key points for monitoring:

1. The foundation of the pole must be equipped with a drainage system to ensure safety and stability.
2. The tie points between the frame and the building must meet the requirement that the distance between every two poles in the horizontal direction is less than 3.6 meters, and a tie point is set every 3.6 meters in the vertical direction.
3. Guardrails and safety nets should be set above the second step to ensure the safety of workers.
4. Shear braces should be set every 9 meters, with an angle of 45 to 60 degrees to enhance the stability of the scaffolding.
5. The distance between poles should not exceed 1.8 meters, and the horizontal height should not exceed 2 meters to ensure the erection specifications.
6. Set up a layer of isolation every four steps to prevent objects from falling.
7. The scaffolding should be equipped with a climbing ramp, and the entrance and exit should be equipped with a passage protection shed to facilitate workers to go up and down.
8. Protective grounding and lightning protection grounding are set at the four corners of the steel pipe scaffolding to ensure electrical safety.
