Comprehensive scaffolding engineering quantity calculation

To simplify the calculation of scaffolding engineering quantities, some areas use the building area as the comprehensive scaffolding engineering amount. Regardless of the erection method, comprehensive scaffolding generally combines the sales volume of scaffolding materials required for masonry, pouring, hoisting, plastering, etc.; it combines wooden, bamboo, steel pipe scaffolding, etc., but does not include scaffolding projects such as pouring the entire hall foundation. Comprehensive scaffolding is generally calculated based on different cornice heights for single-story buildings or multi-story buildings. If it is a high-rise building, the additional fee for high-rise buildings must be increased.

1. Building exterior wall scaffolding: Where the outdoor floor is designed to have a masonry height of more than 15m on the cornice (or parapet surface) or the masonry height is less than 15m, but the exterior wall doors, windows, and decorative area exceeds the surface area of the exterior wall by 60 When it is above %, it is calculated as double-row scaffolding.
2. Scaffolding on interior walls of buildings: If the designed masonry height from the interior floor to the lower surface of the roof (or 1/2 of the gable height) is less than 3.6m (including 3.6m), it will be calculated as interior scaffolding; the masonry height exceeds When it is above 3.6m, it is calculated as a single row of scaffolding.
3. For stone walls, if the height exceeds 1.0m, it will be calculated as external scaffolding.
4. When calculating internal and external wall scaffolding, the area occupied by doors, window openings, empty circle openings, etc. is not deducted.
5. When the same building has different heights, it should be calculated separately according to different heights.
Single-row scaffolding (15m high) = (26+12×2+8)×15=870m2 Double-row scaffolding (24m high) = (18×2+32)×24=1632m2
Double row scaffolding (27 m high) = 32 × 27 = 864m2 Double row scaffolding (36 m high) = (26-8) × 36 = 648m2 Double row scaffolding (51 m high) = (18 + 24 × 2 + 4) × 51=3570m2 6) Cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame columns and beams are calculated as double rows of scaffolding.
6. Scaffolding for fences: If the height of the masonry from the outdoor natural floor to the top of the fence is less than 3.6m, it will be calculated as inside and outside; if the height of the masonry exceeds 3.6m, it will be calculated as a single row of scaffolding.
7. When the indoor ceiling decorative surface is more than 3.6m away from the designed indoor floor, the full hall scaffolding should be calculated. After counting the scaffolding throughout the hall, there is no need for scaffolding in the wall decoration project.
8. Scaffolding is not included in the reinforced concrete chimneys and silos constructed with sliding formwork.
9. The masonry silo is calculated as double-row exterior scaffolding.
10. Water (oil) storage pools and large equipment foundations are calculated as double-row scaffolding if the height exceeds 1.2m from the floor.
11. For the overall reinforced concrete foundation, if its width exceeds 3m, the scaffolding shall be calculated based on the floor area.
