Basic requirements for scaffolding composition

Fastener-type scaffolding is a steel frame composed of vertical rods, vertical and horizontal horizontal rods connected by fasteners, and its composition should meet the following requirements:

1. Vertical and horizontal horizontal rods and vertical rods must be set, and the intersections of the three rods are connected to each other with right-angle fasteners (the fastening point where the three rods are close together is called the main node of the fastener-style scaffolding), and they should be as close as possible.2. Fastener bolt tightening torque should be 40~65N.m.

2. Fastener bolt tightening torque should be 40~65N.m.

3. Between the scaffold and the building, a sufficient number of evenly distributed wall joints must be installed according to the design calculation requirements. The wall joints should be able to restrain the deformation of the scaffold in the transverse direction (perpendicular to the building wall).

4. Scaffold pole foundations must be solid and have sufficient bearing capacity to prevent uneven or excessive settlement.

5. Longitudinal scissor braces and transverse diagonal braces should be set so that the scaffold has sufficient longitudinal and transverse overall rigidity
