About the advantages of clasp-type scaffolding over traditional scaffolding

Clap-type scaffolding consists of vertical, horizontal, and diagonal bars. The disc has eight holes: four small holes for horizontal bars and four large holes for diagonal bars. Both the horizontal and diagonal bars are connected by latches, ensuring a secure connection between the bars and the verticals. The crossbar and diagonal bar joints are specifically designed to conform to the tube’s arc, ensuring full surface contact with the vertical steel tube. After tightening the latches, they create a three-point load-bearing system (two points at the top and bottom of the joint and one point where the latch faces the disc), providing a secure hold and increasing structural strength while transmitting horizontal forces. The crossbar heads are fully welded to the steel tube, ensuring reliable force transmission.

The superior structure of the clasp-type scaffolding provides greater safety and protection than traditional scaffolding in modern construction projects, especially for high-altitude work. The scaffolding is made of high-strength Q345B, a low-carbon alloy with superior strength and a high ultimate load capacity. This superior material is the key to highlighting its superiority.

Vertical bracing is also unique to the interlocking scaffolding. As we all know, the lattice column structure can be connected in eight directions. The interlocking scaffolding also utilizes this lattice column structure. Furthermore, the interlocking scaffolding design incorporates self-locking latches, significantly enhancing its stability.

Compared to traditional scaffolding, interlocking scaffolding saves at least one-third of the material required under the same conditions. It is also easy to manage and requires fewer parts. This material savings also reduces labor costs; scaffolding can be erected and dismantled with just a hammer. Furthermore, the scaffolding boasts an attractive exterior, galvanized throughout, creating a striking aesthetic.
