A comprehensive analysis of the acceptance standards for industrial disc-type scaffolding

The acceptance standards for disc-type scaffolding mainly cover the following aspects to ensure safety and stability during erection and use:

1. Components and reinforcements: Check whether the components and reinforcements are complete, whether the quality meets the standards, and whether the connections and hooks are tight and reliable.

2. Safety nets and handrails: Confirm whether the hanging of the safety net and the setting of the handrails are complete to ensure that safety measures are in place.

3. Flat and solid foundation: Check whether the foundation is flat and solid, whether the support pads meet the regulations, and ensure that the scaffolding foundation is stable.

4. Verticality and horizontality: Check whether the verticality and horizontality meet the qualified standards to ensure that the geometric dimensions of the scaffolding are accurate.

5. Construction plan and frame foundation: Including construction plan, frame foundation, frame stability, frame installation, scaffolding board installation, commissioning, acceptance, etc., to ensure that the construction process is standardized and orderly.

6. Safety: Check whether an adjustable base is set at the bottom of the vertical pole, whether the frame tie points are firm and reliable, and whether the two ends of the vertical diagonal pole are fixed on the longitudinal beam to ensure the safety of the scaffolding structure.

7. Appearance and workmanship: The inner and outer surfaces of the vertical poles, horizontal poles, diagonal poles, and components should be hot-dip galvanized, the surface should be smooth, and there should be no burrs at the joints.

8. Dimension deviation: All relevant dimensional deviations should comply with the provisions of “Socket-type disc buckle steel pipe support components” JGT 503-2016 to ensure accurate dimensions.

9. Connection plate strength test: including single-sided shear strength, double-sided shear strength, bending strength, and tensile strength tests to ensure that the components of the test piece are not damaged during the test.

In addition, when working at heights, specific safety regulations should be observed. For example, the erection and dismantling of the scaffolding should be stopped in bad weather, and the scaffolding should be kept at a safe distance from the overhead power transmission line.
