5 key points of scaffolding acceptance to ensure construction safety

First, acceptance of foundation and pad
1. Foundation compaction and drainage: The foundation needs to be flat and compacted, the bearing capacity meets the design requirements, and drainage ditches (width 200-350mm, depth 150-300mm) are set around the foundation to prevent water immersion.
2. Pad and bottom support: The bottom of the vertical pole should be laid with a full-length pad (width ≥200mm, thickness ≥50mm), and it is strictly forbidden to hang in the air; the bottom support needs to be placed in the center, with a width of ≥100mm and a thickness of ≥5mm.
3. Sweeping rod setting: The longitudinal sweeping rod is ≤200mm from the base, and the transverse sweeping rod is close to the bottom of the longitudinal rod to ensure the stability of the bottom of the frame.

Second, frame structure acceptance
1. Vertical pole and horizontal pole: The verticality deviation of the vertical pole is ≤1.5‰ of the frame height and ≤35mm and the docking fasteners need to be staggered by more than 500mm. The horizontal bars must be continuous, with a step deviation of ±10mm and a horizontality of ≤3‰ to ensure uniform load transfer.
2. Scissor braces and diagonal braces: External frames with a height of ≥24m must be continuously equipped with scissor braces, with an angle of 45°~60°, a lap length of ≥1m (operating frame) or ≥0.8m (support frame), and ≥3 fasteners.
Horizontal diagonal braces must be set at both ends of the open scaffolding.
3. Wall connection setting: The spacing meets the requirements of the plan, and rigid connections are preferred, with a distance of ≤300mm from the main node; flexible wall connections are strictly prohibited for frames with a height of ≥24m.

Third, key nodes and protection acceptance
1. Laying of scaffolding boards: Fully fixed, the material meets the specifications (wooden scaffolding board thickness ≥50mm, steel scaffolding board thickness 2-3mm), the end extends out of the small cross bar 100-150mm, and the lap length ≥200mm.
2. Safety protection facilities: 1.2m high railing + 180mm footboard is set on the working layer, interlayer flat net is set every ≤10m inside the frame, and dense safety net is hung on the outside. The cantilever length of the cantilever frame is ≤650mm, the steel anchorage points are ≥2, and the wire rope unloading needs independent system support.

Fourth, material and document acceptance
1. Component quality: The steel pipe has no cracks or bends, the fastener torque is 40-65N·m, and the adjustable support is inserted into the vertical pole ≥200mm. Special equipment such as wire ropes and safety locks must be accompanied by test reports and calibration certificates.
2. Technical data verification: special plans, material certificates, mechanical properties reports, and phased acceptance records are indispensable.

Fifth, acceptance of special working conditions
1. After extreme weather: after level 6 strong winds, heavy rain, and heavy snow, a comprehensive inspection of foundation settlement, rod deformation, and fastener loosening is required.
2. Out of service for an extended period: re-inspection is required if the equipment is out of service for ≥1 month, with a focus on checking for issues such as rust and failure of connectors.
3. After partial demolition: the stability of the remaining frame needs to be reviewed and temporary reinforcement measures added.
