How to choose ringlock scaffolding

The ringlock scaffolding is a product innovation of the steel pipe frame upgrade. It has a wide range of main uses and belongs to the steel pipe frame interface standard of major global products. The key raw materials of the ringlock scaffold are all high-alloy steel, and the tensile strength is higher than that of the conventional steel pipe frame. Steel pipe (national industry standard Q235) 1.5-2 times, the disc-buckle scaffold adopts the power plug type interface standard.

The important prefabricated components of the disc buckle scaffold are made of internal and external hot-dip galvanizing and corrosion-resistant manufacturing process, which not only improves the service life of the goods, but also provides a further guarantee for the safety factor, and also ensures that it is unique and beautiful.

Take the 60 product series heavy-duty support frame as an example. The allowable bearing capacity of a pole with a height of 5 meters is 9.5 tons (safety factor is 2), and the damage load exceeds 19 tons, which is 2-3 times that of traditional goods.

The demand is small and the net weight is light; under normal circumstances, the spacing of the vertical poles is 1.5 meters and 1.8 meters, and the step distance of the horizontal bars is 1.5 meters. The large distance can exceed 3 meters and the step distance exceeds 2 meters. Therefore, the demand under the same fulcrum capacity will be reduced by 1/2 compared to traditional goods, and the net weight will be reduced by 1/2 to 1/3.

From the beginning of material cutting, the economic production and processing of ringlock scaffolding has to go through 20 technological processes. Each technological process adopts special technical equipment to reduce the intervention of human factors. It is the production of horizontal bars and vertical poles, and is designed separately. The fully-automatic welding machine developed to ensure high-precision goods, strong tolerances, and stable and reliable quality.
