Speaking of disc-type scaffolding, its advantages of strong bearing capacity and high safety factors are well known. However, if you have not used it, you may not understand the advantages of high efficiency and short construction period of disc-type scaffolding.
Reason 1: The engineering unit uses less steel.
Since the horizontal bars and vertical bars of the φ60 series disc-type scaffolding are made of Q345B low-carbon alloy structural steel, the maximum distance between the bars can reach 2 meters. The steel consumption under the same support volume will be reduced by 1/2 compared with traditional products, and the weight will be reduced by 1/3~1/2. The reduction in steel consumption not only brings about the improvement of economic benefits but also reduces the difficulty of construction.
Reason 2: Unique design.
The disc-type scaffolding has a specially designed plug-in and locking structure. The joint design takes into account the effect of self-gravity so that the joint has a reliable two-way self-locking ability, avoiding nut operation, and fewer building accessories. The speed of assembling and disassembling the whole frame is 3 to 5 times faster than the conventional one. The assembly and disassembly are fast and labor-saving, and the worker can complete all the work with a hammer. The erection speed of a single worker on an ordinary scaffold is only 35m³/day, but the erection speed of a single worker on a disc-type scaffold can reach 100~150m³/day. Improve the construction efficiency and save the construction labor.
Reason three: build on demand.
The disc-type scaffold can be composed of single and double-row scaffolds, support frames, support columns, and other multi-functional construction equipment with different frame sizes, shapes, and load-bearing capacities according to specific construction requirements, meet various construction needs, and improve construction efficiency!
Reason four: easy to manage and store.
The disc-type scaffold has no parts, fast loading and unloading, convenient transportation, and easy storage, which indirectly improves construction efficiency and is also conducive to the management of construction materials on the construction site.
Reason five is the long service life.
The disc-type scaffolding adopts the anti-rust process of hot-dip galvanizing inside and outside. The components are resistant to knocks, have excellent visual quality, and do not need to be painted. It is energy-saving and environmentally friendly, and its service life can reach more than 15 years. The service life of ordinary steel pipe scaffolding is only 5-8 years, which effectively avoids the tediousness of frequent replacement and further improves efficiency! Ordinary steel pipe scaffolding needs 1-2 maintenance every year, while disc-type scaffolding only needs maintenance once every 3-5 years, which can be said to save worry, labor, and money!
