What are the acceptance criteria for the disc-type scaffolding in industrial projects

The acceptance criteria for the disc-type scaffolding mainly include the following aspects:

1. Components and reinforcements. It is necessary to check whether the components and reinforcements are complete, whether the quality meets the standards, and whether the connections and hooks are tight and reliable.
2. Safety nets and handrails. Confirm whether the hanging of the safety net and the setting of the handrails are complete.
3. The foundation is flat and solid. Check whether the foundation is flat and solid, and whether the support pads meet the regulations.
4. Verticality and horizontality. Check whether the verticality and horizontality meet the qualified standards.
5. Construction plan and frame foundation. Including construction plan, frame foundation, frame stability, frame installation, scaffolding board installation, commissioning, and acceptance.
6. Safety. Check whether the adjustable base is set at the bottom of the vertical pole, whether the frame tie point is firm and reliable, and whether the two ends of the vertical diagonal rod are fixed on the longitudinal beam.
7. Appearance and craftsmanship. The inner and outer surfaces of the vertical poles, horizontal poles, diagonal poles, and components should be hot-dip galvanized, the surface should be smooth, and there should be no burrs at the joints.
8. Dimensional deviation. All relevant dimensional deviations should comply with the provisions of “Socket-type disc buckle steel pipe support components” JGT 503-2016.
9. Connection plate strength test. Including single-sided shear strength, double-sided shear strength, bending strength, and tensile strength tests to ensure that the components of the test piece are not damaged during the test.

In addition, when working at heights, specific safety regulations should be observed, such as stopping the erection and dismantling of scaffolding in bad weather, ensuring that the scaffolding is kept at a safe distance from the overhead power transmission line, etc.
