Two application structural requirements for disc-buckle scaffolding

Since the poles of the disc-buckle scaffolding are made of Q345B low-carbon alloy steel, its load-bearing capacity is much greater than that of other scaffolds. At the same time, due to the diagonal rod specifications, it acts as a diagonal brace, and the unique disc-buckle self-locking design, whether it is The carrying capacity and safety are both very high.

In the formwork support frame and other operating frame projects, the specific design and construction requirements of the scaffolding are crucial for those who are new to it. The following is the application of the disc-type scaffolding in the formwork support and double-row scaffolding projects. Designed and constructed to interpret for you.

First. Used for the formwork support frame
1. In the formwork support system, the height of the formwork support should not exceed 24 meters. If it exceeds 24 meters, it should be specially designed. Note: It should not exceed 24m. The load-bearing capacity of a single pole of the 48 series of disc-buckle scaffolding can reach 10 tons, so if it exceeds 24m, it can be designed separately, and there is no problem with safety.
2. When erecting full-hall formwork supports with a height of 8m, the step distance should not exceed 1.5m.
3. When erecting formwork supports with a height exceeding 8m, vertical inclined rods should be installed all over the place, and the steps of horizontal rods should not be greater than 1.5m. Horizontal inclined rods or fastener steel pipes should be installed every 4 to 6 standard steps along the height. When there are structures around the scissor brace, it should form a reliable tie with the surrounding structure.
4. When the formwork bracket is set up as an independent tower-shaped bracket without lateral ties, vertical diagonal rods should be installed on each side of the frame body and each step.
5. For long formwork with high formwork, the ratio H/B of the total height of the frame to the width of the frame should not be greater than 3.
6. The step distance of the topmost horizontal pole of the tall formwork bracket should be one plate buckle spacing smaller than the standard step distance.
7. The exposed length of the adjustment screw of the adjustable base of the formwork bracket should not be greater than 300mm. As the bottom horizontal rod of the sweeping pole, the height from the ground should not be greater than 550mm.
8. When setting up a pedestrian passage in the formwork bracket, if the width of the passage is the same as that of a single horizontal pole, the first layer of horizontal poles and diagonal poles can be indirectly removed, and vertical poles should be installed on the vertical poles on both sides of the passage. If the width of the aisle is different than that of a single horizontal bar, support beams should be erected above the aisle.
9. A closed protective board should be laid on the top of the hole, and safety nets should be set up on both sides. Safety warning and anti-collision facilities must be installed at openings for motor vehicles.

Second. Used for double-row scaffolding
1. When erecting double-row scaffolding with buckle-type scaffolding, the erection height should not exceed 24m. The geometric size of the frame can be selected according to the usage requirements. The step distance between adjacent horizontal poles should be 2m, the vertical distance between vertical poles should be 1.5m or 1.8m, and should not be greater than 2.1m, and the horizontal distance between vertical poles should be 0.9m or 1.2m.
2. The vertical poles on the first floor of the buckle-type scaffolding should be staggered with poles of different lengths. The vertical distance between the staggered poles should not be less than 500mm. The bottom of the poles should be equipped with an adjustable base.
3. When setting up a double-row scaffolding pedestrian passage, support beams should be erected on the upper part of the passage, and diagonal bars should be added on both sides of the passage. A closed protective board should be laid on the top of the opening, and safety nets should be set up on both sides; safety warnings and anti-collision facilities must be installed at the opening for motor vehicles.
4. For each horizontal pole layer of the double-row scaffolding, when steel scaffolding boards without buckles are used to enhance the stiffness of the horizontal layer, horizontal diagonal poles should be installed every 5 spans.
5. The connecting wall parts should be kept vertical to the facade and wall of the buckle-type scaffolding. The connecting wall parts on the same floor should be on the same plane. The horizontal spacing should not be greater than 3 spans, and the distance from the outer side of the main structure should not be greater than 300mm. The connecting wall parts should be set next to the plate buckle node with a horizontal rod. The distance from the connection point to the plate buckle node should not be greater than 300mm. When using steel pipe fasteners as connecting wall rods, right-angle fasteners should be used to connect the plate buckle vertical poles.
6. Foot guards and protective railings should be installed on the outside of the buckle-type scaffolding on the working floor, and dense-mesh safety nets should be hung on the outer facade of the scaffold; two protective railings should be set at a height of 500mm and 1000mm from the working floor.

Before the pan-and-buckle scaffolding engineering operation, a pan-buckle-type scaffolding construction plan must be formulated. The construction plan must be formulated according to the pan-and-buckle scaffolding erection specifications. Only by being familiar with and mastering the key points in the erection specifications can safe and smooth engineering operations be ensured. carry out.

Do you understand the structural requirements for the use of buckle-type scaffolding in two projects: formwork support frame and double-row scaffolding? The erection specifications of the buckle-type scaffolding must be used throughout the entire construction to ensure the safety of the scaffolding construction.
