Size&Standard: Gate frame scaffolding is a factory-prefabricated, on-site assembled standardized construction frame system. Main frame dimensions: width 1219mm (4‘) or 914mm (3’), height 1900mm, 1700mm or 1524mm. Main tube: outer diameter Φ42.7±0.5mm, wall thickness 2.5±0.3mm; cross brace tube: outer diameter Φ25±0.5mm. Material: Q235 steel with hot-dip galvanized surface treatment for corrosion resistance. Complete set includes: 2 pcs main frames, 2 pairs of cross braces, 4 joint pins, and optional scaffold boards & adjustable base jacks. Compliant with JGJ128-2010 \“Safety Technical Code for Steel Tube Scaffold in Building Construction\” and JG13-1999 \“Steel Tube Gate Scaffold\” standards. Load capacity: up to 750kg/m². Suitable for residential, commercial and industrial construction, both indoor and outdoor applications.
