How to Calculate Scaffolding

(1) When calculating the scaffolding on the inner and outer walls, the area occupied by the openings of doors and windows, the openings of hollow circles, etc. shall not be deducted.
(2) When the height of the same building is different, it shall be calculated according to the different heights.
(3) The scope of the project contracted by the general contractor construction unit does not include exterior wall decoration works or exterior wall decoration. For projects that cannot be constructed using the main construction scaffolding, the main external scaffolding or the decorative scaffolding project can be applied separately.

1. External scaffolding
(1) The height of the scaffolding on the exterior wall of the building is calculated from the design of the outdoor floor to the eaves (or the top of the parapet); the project shall be expanded according to the length of the outer edge of the exterior wall (wall stacks with a width of more than 240mm protruding from the wall, etc.) Calculated, incorporated into the exterior wall length), multiplied by the height to calculate in square meters.
(2) If the masonry height is less than 15m, it will be calculated as a single row of scaffolding; if the height is more than 15m or the height is less than 15m, but the external wall, doors, windows, and decorative areas exceed the surface area of the external wall by more than 60% (or the external wall is a cast-in-place concrete wall, Lightweight block wall), it shall be calculated according to double-row scaffolding; when the building height exceeds 30m, it can be calculated according to the double-row scaffolding of profiled steel pick platform according to the clearing conditions of the project.
(3) The independent column (cast-in-place concrete frame column) shall be calculated by adding 3.6m to the outer perimeter of the structure as shown in the column, multiplied by the design column height and calculated in square meters, and the single-row outer scaffolding project shall be applied. For cast-in-place concrete beams and walls, the double-row outer scaffolding project shall be applied according to the height between the designed outdoor floor or the top surface of the floor and the bottom of the floor, multiplied by the net length of the beam and wall in square meters.
(4) The outer pipe rack of the profiled steel platform shall be calculated in square meters according to the length of the outer edge of the outer wall multiplied by the design height. The platform’s outer overhang width quota has been comprehensively determined, and it is applied according to the set height of the quota item when using it.

2. Inside scaffolding
(1) Scaffolding on the inner wall of the building, when the height from the designed indoor floor to the lower surface of the roof (or 1/2 of the gable height) is less than 3.6m (non-lightweight block wall), it shall be calculated as the scaffolding in a single row; When the height is more than 3.6m and less than 6m, it shall be calculated according to the scaffolding in the double row.
(2) The inner scaffolding shall be calculated according to the vertical projection area of the wall, and the inner scaffolding project shall be applied. The double-row inner scaffolding project applies to various lightweight block walls that cannot leave scaffolding holes in the inner wall.
