High-rise cantilevered scaffolding

1. High-rise scaffolding cantilevered from several layers:
High-rise scaffolding can be cantilevered below 20m. In the case of cantilevering, construction generally starts from the fourth and fifth floors; when it exceeds 20m, it cannot be cantilevered upwards, because the cantilever is too high, then It will also be more expensive.

2. Precautions for cantilevered scaffolding are as follows:
1. It is forbidden to drill and drill holes arbitrarily in the channel steel, and the welding between the channel steel and the embedded anchoring steel bar must meet the relevant regulations and quality requirements. It should be noted that the length of each steel bar welding seam must reach 30mm, and the welding seam thickness should be 8mm.
2. The opening of the right-angle fastener that fastens the large crossbar should face upwards, and the opening of the butt fastener should face upwards or inwards; in addition, the butt joints of the large crossbar should be arranged in a staggered manner, set in the same paragraph, and should Avoid setting it in the middle of the span, and the horizontal distance between its adjacent joints should not be less than 500mm.
3. The connecting rod should be connected horizontally or inclined downward to one end of the scaffold, and it is forbidden to connect with one end of the scaffold at an upward slope.
4. During the construction, the erection shall be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the construction site and erection sequence, and the vertical deviation of the vertical pole and the horizontal deviation of the horizontal pole shall be well controlled. In addition, when installing the bolts, attention should be paid to properly tighten the roots after they are squared to ensure that the joint connection meets the requirements.
5. During decoration work, only single-layer work can be done. In addition, when dismantling the scaffolding, before removing the last connecting wall rod, the throw-off should be set first and then the connecting wall rod should be removed.
