1. Is there a construction plan for the scaffolding? Does the plan guide construction? Are there calculations available? Have they been approved?
2. Does the foundation for the uprights meet the design requirements? Are there any missing bases or wooden blocks? Are the sweeping poles and drainage facilities in place?
3. The connection between the beams and the building structure. If the scaffolding height exceeds 7 meters, the scaffolding must be connected to the main structure.
4. Check the spacing between the structural elements and the braces, uprights, main crossbars, and small crossbars. Does the spacing between them meet the requirements? Are the braces continuously installed along the height of the scaffolding, and do the angles meet the requirements?
5. Check the scaffolding and guardrails. Are the scaffolding planks fully covered? Are 1.2-meter-high guardrails and toeboards installed on the construction level?
6. Briefing and acceptance: Was there a briefing before the scaffolding was erected? Was the acceptance procedure completed after the scaffolding was erected?
7. Is a safety passage provided on the scaffolding?
8. Does the unloading platform meet the design load calculation? Is the braking system connected to the scaffolding, and is there a load limit sign?
