A set of standard mobile scaffolding usually consists of two frames, two inclined rods, four connecting rods, and a hook springboard. The following are the six main components of the scaffolding and their functional characteristics:
Cross support: The cross support is a cross-type tie rod that connects each two door frames longitudinally. A round hole is drilled in the middle of the rod, which is fixed with bolts and can be rotated for easy transportation and installation. Pin holes are drilled in the flattened parts of both ends of the rod, which are locked with the locking pins on the door frame during assembly.
Scaffolding board: The scaffolding board is a special scaffolding board that is hung on the crossbar of the door frame. It is used for the construction working layer for operators to stand, and at the same time it can increase the rigidity of the basic combination unit of the door frame. The scaffolding board surface has several types such as wooden board, steel plate mesh, punched steel plate, etc., which should have sufficient rigidity and anti-slip function.
Connecting rod: The connecting rod is a connecting piece used for vertical assembly and height connection of the door frame. During installation, the connecting rod is inserted into the upper and lower door frame poles. The connecting rod consists of a body and a collar. The collar is fixed to the rod body by stamping or middle drilling and plug welding.
Adjustable base: The adjustable base is a support placed at the bottom of the bottom door frame pole. It is used to expand the support area of the door frame pole, transfer the vertical load to the scaffolding foundation, and adjust the height and overall horizontality and verticality of the door frame. The adjustable base consists of a screw, an adjustment wrench, and a base plate. There are two types of adjustable heights: 250mm and 520mm.
Fixed base: The fixed base is also called a simple base. It has the same function as the adjustable base, but the height cannot be adjusted. It consists of a base plate and a plug rod.
