Construction requirements for cantilevered scaffolding

(1) The connecting wall parts should be installed close to the main node, and the distance from the main node should not be greater than 300mm; the connecting wall parts should be installed from the first step of the longitudinal horizontal bar at the bottom. If there are difficulties in setting, other reliable measures should be used to fix them. Wall fittings should be installed in both directions at the male or female corners of the main structure. The setting points of connecting wall parts should be arranged in a diamond shape first, but square or rectangular arrangements can also be used.
(2) The connecting wall parts must be reliably connected to the main structure using rigid components, and the use of flexible connecting wall parts is strictly prohibited. The connecting wall rods in the connecting wall parts should be set perpendicularly to the main structural surface. When they cannot be set vertically, the end of the connecting wall parts connected to the scaffolding should not be higher than the end connected to the main structure. Wall-connecting parts should be added to the ends of straight-shaped and open-shaped scaffolding.
(3) The supporting point steel of the bottom pole of the cantilevered scaffolding should be made of biaxially symmetrical cross-section components, such as I-beams, etc.
(4) When welding the steel support frame and embedded parts, welding rods that are compatible with the main steel must be used. The welds must meet the design requirements and comply with the requirements of the “Steel Structure Design Code” (GB50017).
(5) When the longitudinal spacing of the profile steel support frame is not equal to the longitudinal spacing of the vertical poles, longitudinal steel beams should be installed to ensure that the load on the vertical poles is transmitted to the profile steel support frame and the main structure through the longitudinal steel beams.
(6) Structural measures to ensure horizontal stability should be installed between the steel support frames.
(7) The steel supporting frame must be fixed on the main structure of the building (structure). The fixation to the main concrete structure can be achieved by welding and fixing embedded parts and fixing with embedded bolts.
(8) Special parts such as corners should be strengthened according to the actual conditions on site, and calculations and structural details should be included in the special plan.
(9) Flexible materials such as wire ropes shall not be used as tension members of cantilevered structures.
