Construction process of cantilevered scaffolding

1. Technical clarification, on-site construction preparation, setting-out positioning measurement;

2. Pre-embedded anchor ring in the cantilever layer;

3. Installation of the supporting system structure at the bottom of the cantilever frame;

4. Erect the pole and fasten the vertical sweeping pole to the pole;

5. Install the horizontal sweeping pole, install the vertical horizontal pole, and install the horizontal level;

6. Install wall fittings and scissor braces;

7. Tie ribbons and hang safety nets, lay scaffolding boards and foot guards on the working floor, and set warning signs;

8. It can be put into use only after the organization checks and accepts it.

When erecting cantilevered scaffolding, attention should be paid to the erection height of each section shall not be greater than 24m. Scissor braces and wall parts shall be erected simultaneously. The bottom of the cantilevered scaffolding must be hung with a safety flat net for protection, and the outer frame shall be more than 1.5m higher than the operating floor. The type of cantilevered steel girders, anchors, and cantilevered length of the cantilevered steel girders shall be determined according to the design. The flexural strength, shear strength, frame stability and disturbance of materials must be calculated and designed.
