A) Basic structure

Bowl buckle type steel pipe scaffolding is a kind of multi-functional scaffolding developed by our country with reference to foreign experience. The connection is reliable, the integrity of the scaffold is good, and there is no problem of missing fasteners.

The bowl buckle type steel pipe scaffold is composed of steel pipe poles, cross bars, bowl buckle joints, etc. Its basic structure and erection requirements are similar to those of fastener-type steel pipe scaffolding, the main difference being the bowl buckle joint.

The bowl buckle joint is the core component of the scaffolding system, which consists of the upper bowl buckle, the lower bowl buckle, the cross bar joint and the limit pin of the upper bowl buckle.

The upper bowl buckle and the limit pins of the upper bowl buckle are arranged on the steel pipe pole at a distance of 60cm, and the lower bowl buckle and the limit pin are directly welded on the pole. When assembling, align the notch of the upper bowl buckle with the limit pin, insert the crossbar joint into the lower bowl buckle, press and rotate the upper bowl buckle, and use the limit pin to fix the upper bowl buckle. The bowl buckle joint can connect 4 cross bars at the same time, which can be perpendicular to each other or deflected at a certain angle.

B) Requirements for the erection of bowl buckle scaffolding

The horizontal distance of the columns of the bowl buckle type steel pipe scaffold is 1.2m, the vertical distance can be 1.2m, 1.5m, 1.8m, 2.4m, and the step distance is 1.8m, 2.4m according to the load of the scaffold. When erecting, the joint length of the poles should be staggered. The first layer of poles should be staggered with 1.8m and 3.0m long poles, and 3.0m long poles should be used upwards, and 1.8m and 3.0m long poles should be used to the top layer. level. The verticality of scaffolds below 30m high should be within 1/200, the verticality of scaffolds above 30m high should be controlled within 1/400~1/600, and the deviation of the total height verticality should not be greater than 100mm.
