What issues should be paid attention to when dismantling scaffolding

1. The scaffolding construction plan must be prepared and approved.
2. The construction workers should conduct technical briefings and safety technical briefings to the scaffolding work team according to the scaffolding construction plan.
3. When dismantling the scaffolding, a warning area must be set up. Unrelated personnel are strictly prohibited from entering, and full-time safety personnel must stand by.
4. Scaffolding must be dismantled from top to bottom, and shall not be dismantled from top to bottom at the same time.
5. When dismantling the scaffolding, first remove the safety net, toe boards, scaffolding boards, and guardrails, and then remove the scaffolding crossbars, vertical poles, and wall-connecting parts.
6. The entire or several layers of scaffolding wall-connecting parts must not be dismantled before the scaffolding is dismantled. The wall-connecting parts must be dismantled layer by layer along with the scaffolding.
7. When the scaffolding is dismantled in separate facades and sections, the two ends of the scaffolding that are not dismantled should be reinforced with additional wall fittings and transverse diagonal braces.
8. When the height difference when dismantling the scaffolding in sections is greater than two steps, add wall-connecting parts to ensure the overall stability of the scaffolding.
9. When dismantling the scaffolding to the bottom vertical pole, temporary diagonal braces should be added to ensure the stability of the scaffolding, and then the bottom wall-connecting parts should be removed.
10. Special personnel should be assigned to direct the dismantling of scaffolding. When multiple people are working together, they must have a clear division of labor, act in unison, and coordinate their actions.
11. It is strictly prohibited to throw dismantled scaffolding rods and accessories to the ground. It can be delivered to the building first and then transported outside, or it can be delivered to the ground using ropes.
12. The dismantled components of the scaffolding should be stored separately according to types and specifications.
