Scaffoldings erection details

1. The load of the scaffolding shall not exceed 270kg/m2. It can be used only after it has been accepted and certified. It should be inspected and maintained frequently during use. If the load exceeds 270kg/m2, or the scaffolding has a special form, it should be designed.
2. The steel pipe columns should be equipped with metal bases, and for soft foundations, wooden boards or sweeping poles should be installed.
3. Scaffolding poles should be vertical, the vertical deflection should not exceed 1/200 of the height, and the distance between poles should not exceed 2 meters.
4. Sharp knife supports and support poles should be installed at both ends of the scaffold, at the corners, and every 6-7 columns. When the height is above 7 meters and support poles cannot be installed, they must be in line with the building every 4 meters vertically and every 7 meters horizontally. Things are firmly connected.
5. Set up 1.05-meter protective fences on the outside of the scaffolding, ramps, and platforms. When laying bamboo rafts or wooden boards, the two ends must be firmly tied. It is strictly forbidden to put them into use without tying them.
6. Scaffolding crossbars at passages and escalators should be heightened and reinforced so as not to obstruct passages.
7. For pick-type scaffolding, the crossbar step distance is generally 1.2 meters, and diagonal braces must be added. The angle between the diagonal braces and the vertical plane shall not be greater than 30°.
8. To prevent the bending fasteners of the shelf pipe from slipping from the pipe head under pressure, the intersecting ends of each rod should be greater than 10 cm.
9. If there are power lines or electrical equipment at the scaffolding erection site, safety distance regulations must be met, and power supply measures must be taken during erection and dismantling.
10. When accepting the scaffold, all components should be visually inspected, and the acceptance and tagging system should be implemented.
11. Before erecting scaffolding, the scaffolding pipes, fasteners, bamboo rafts, and iron wires must be inspected. The scaffolding pipes are severely bent, the fasteners are severely corroded and cracked, and the bamboo rafts that are rotten must be scrapped and must not be used.
12. It is prohibited to place scaffolding directly on the wooden corrugations of the floor or on structural parts that have not been calculated for additional loads or to fix scaffolding and scaffolding boards on structures that are not very strong (such as railings, pipes, etc.).
13. Scaffolding boards and scaffolding should be firmly connected. Both ends of the scaffolding board should be placed on the crossbar and fixed firmly. Scaffolding boards are not allowed to have joints between spans.
14. Scaffolding boards and ramp boards should be spread all over the crossbars of the shelf. On both sides of the ramp, at the corners of the ramp, and on the outside of the scaffolding working surface, 1m high railings should be installed, and an 18cm high guard plate should be added to the lower part.
15. Scaffolding should be equipped with strong ladders to facilitate workers’ access and transportation of materials. When using a lifting device to lift heavy objects, it is not allowed to connect the lifting device to the scaffolding structure.
16. The leader of the work erecting the scaffolding should inspect the scaffolding and issue a written certificate before using it. The person in charge of maintenance work should check the condition of the scaffolding and scaffolding boards used daily. If there are any defects, they must be repaired immediately.
17. It is strictly prohibited to use wooden barrels, wooden boxes, bricks, and other building materials to build temporary paving boards instead of regular scaffolding.
18. It is forbidden to pull wires randomly on the scaffolding. When temporary lighting lines must be installed, insulators should be added to the wooden and bamboo scaffolding, and wooden cross arms should be installed on the metal pipe scaffolding.
19. When installing metal pipe scaffolding, it is prohibited to use bent, flattened, or cracked pipes. The connecting parts of each pipe must be intact to prevent tipping or movement.
20. The vertical poles of the metal tube scaffolding must be placed vertically and stably on the pads. The ground must be compacted and leveled before placing the pads. The vertical pole should be put on the column base, which is made of the support base plate and the pipe welded to the base plate.
21. The joints of metal tube scaffolding should be overlapped with special hinges. This hinge is suitable for right angles, as well as acute and obtuse angles (for diagonal braces, etc.). Hinge bolts connecting various components must be tightened.
