Scaffolding

1. Requirements for the erection of support rod type cantilevered scaffolding
The erection of the support rod-type cantilevered scaffold needs to control the load, and the erection should be firm. When erecting, the inner shelf should be set up first, so that the cross bar protrudes out of the wall, and then the inclined bar is propped up and connected firmly with the protruding cross bar, and then the cantilevered part is erected, and the scaffolding board is laid. A safety net is set up below to ensure safety.
2. Setting of wall parts
According to the axis size of the building, set one every 3 spans (6m) in the horizontal direction. In the vertical direction, one should be set every 3 to 4 meters, and each point is required to be staggered from each other to form a plum blossom arrangement. The method of erecting the wall parts is the same as that of the floor scaffolding.
3. Vertical control
When erecting, the verticality of the segmented scaffolding should be strictly controlled, and the verticality allowable deviation:
4. Scaffolding
The bottom layer of the scaffold board should be covered with thick wooden scaffold boards, and the upper layers can be covered with perforated light scaffold boards stamped from thin steel plates.
5. Safety protection facilities
Guardrails and toe boards shall be provided on each floor of the scaffold.
The outside and bottom of the scaffold are closed with a dense mesh safety net, and the necessary passage between the shelf and the building should be maintained.
The connection between the cantilever type scaffold pole and the cantilever beam (or longitudinal beam).

A 150~200mm long steel pipe should be welded on the cantilever beam (or longitudinal beam), whose outer diameter is 1.0~1.5mm smaller than the inner diameter of the scaffold pole, and connected with fasteners. Make sure the shelf is stable.
6. The connection between the cantilever beam and the wall structure
Iron parts should be buried in advance or holes should be left to ensure reliable connection, and holes should not be drilled casually to damage the wall.
7. Diagonal stay rod (rope)
The diagonal tie rod (rope) should be equipped with a tightening device so that the tie rod can bear the load after being tightened.
8. Steel bracket
The welding of the steel bracket should ensure the height of the weld and the quality meets the requirements.
