1. Structural aspects of scaffolding construction

To ensure the safety and reliability of scaffolding, the following basic requirements should be ensured:
1) The frame structure is stable.

In passages, openings and other structures that need to be increased in size (height, span) or subjected to specified loads.
2) The connection node is reliable.

The installation and tightening of the connectors meet the requirements.
The wall connection points, support points and suspension (hoisting) points of the scaffolding must be set at the structural parts that can reliably bear the support and tension loads, and structural verification should be carried out if necessary.

2. the safety protection of scaffolding

Safety protection on scaffolding is to use safety facilities to provide safety protection to prevent people and objects on the scaffold from falling.
Specific measures include:

(1) Safety fences and warning signs should be set up at the job site to prohibit irrelevant personnel from entering the dangerous area.
(2) Temporary supports or knots should be added to the scaffolding parts that have not yet formed or have lost structural stability.
(3) When using the seat belt, if there is no reliable seat belt buckle, the safety rope should be pulled.
(4) When dismantling the scaffold, it is necessary to set up lifting or lowering facilities, and it is forbidden to throw it.
(5) After the movable scaffold such as hoisting, hanging, and picking is moved to the working position, it should be fixed or reduced by means of supporting and pulling.

3. Scaffolding product quality and construction plan

With more and more engineering projects, more construction sites are inseparable from scaffolding, which can protect the quality of the fixed project and also protect the personal safety of workers. Problems faced by scaffolding under normal circumstances:
1) Construction: the scaffolding board is arranged, the thickness is not enough, and the overlap does not meet the requirements of the specification; the spacing between the small cross bars under the scaffolding board is too large; the open scaffolding is not provided with diagonal braces; the connecting wall parts are not rigidly connected inside and outside; 600mm; there is no anti-fall net between the thick inner pole and the wall when the large formwork is removed; the fasteners are not tightly connected, and the fasteners slip, etc.

2) Design: At present, domestic scaffolds generally have unqualified materials such as steel pipes, fasteners, top supports and bottom supports, which are not considered in theoretical calculations in actual construction. For the formwork support, it should be considered that the upper free length should not be too long. In the calculation of the vertical pole, the upper step and the lower step are generally stressed and should be used as the main calculation point. , when the bearing capacity is not satisfied with the requirements of the group, the pole should be increased to reduce the step distance.
