Scaffolding construction precautions

As the construction volume continues to increase, the huge scaffolding group is likely to have several safety hazards at the same time, and many accident signs are caused by inadequate reinforcement measures. So what issues should we pay attention to?

(1) Foundation settlement will cause local deformation of scaffolding. To prevent collapse or toppling caused by local deformation, splayed or scissor braces are erected on the transverse section of the double-bent frame, and a group of poles is erected every other row until the outer row of the deformation area. The foot of the eight-character scissors must be set on a solid and reliable foundation.

(2) The deflection and deformation of the cantilevered steel beam on which the scaffolding is rooted exceed the specified value, and the anchorage point behind the cantilevered steel beam should be reinforced. There is a gap between the embedded steel ring and the steel beam, which must be tightened with a horse wedge. The steel wire ropes at the outer ends of the hanging steel beams are checked one by one, and all of them are tightened to ensure uniform stress.

(3) If the unloading and tensioning system of the scaffold is damaged locally, it should be restored immediately according to the unloading and tensioning method formulated in the original plan, and the deformed parts and rods should be corrected. Correct the deformation of the scaffold promptly, do a rigid connection, tighten the wire ropes at each unloading point to make the force even, and finally release the chain.
