Installation requirements for fastener-type steel pipe scaffolding

1. During the erection of the steel pipe fastener scaffolding, attention should be paid to a flat and solid foundation, a base and a backing plate should be set, and reliable drainage measures should be taken to prevent water from soaking the foundation.

2. According to the setting of connecting wall rods and the size of the load, open double-row scaffolding poles are commonly used. The horizontal distance is generally 1.05~1.55m, the step distance of the masonry scaffolding is generally 1.20~1.35m, the scaffolding for decoration or masonry and decoration is generally 1.80m, and the vertical distance of the pole is 1.2~2.0m, and the allowable height is 34 meters. ~50m. When it is set in a single row, the horizontal distance of the poles is 1.2~1.4m, the vertical distance of the poles is 1.5~2.0m, and the allowable erection height is 24m.

3. The longitudinal horizontal rod should be set on the inner side of the vertical rod, and its length should not be less than 3 spans. The longitudinal horizontal rod can use butt fasteners or lap joints. If the butt fastener method is used, the butt fasteners should be arranged in a staggered manner; if the lap joint is used, the lap length should not be less than 1m, and three rotating fasteners should be arranged at equal intervals for fixation.

4. The main node of the scaffold (that is, the fastening point of the vertical pole, the vertical-horizontal pole, and the three horizontal poles that are close to each other) must be set with a horizontal pole to be fastened with a right-angle fastener, and it is strictly forbidden to remove it. The center-to-center distance of two right-angle fasteners at the main node should not be greater than 150mm. In the double-row scaffolding, the outreach length of one end of the horizontal bar against the wall should not be greater than 0.4 times the horizontal distance of the vertical bar, and should not be greater than 500mm; It needs to be set at equal spacing, and the maximum spacing should not be greater than 1/2 of the vertical spacing.

5. Scaffolding on the working layer should be fully covered and stably spread, 120~150mm away from the wall; narrow and long scaffolding, such as stamped steel scaffolding, wooden scaffolding, bamboo string scaffolding, etc., should be set on three horizontal rods. When the length of the scaffolding board is less than 2m, two horizontal rods can be used to support it, but the two ends of the scaffolding board should be reliably fixed to it to prevent overturning. The wide bamboo fence scaffolding board should be laid according to the direction of its main bamboo bars perpendicular to the longitudinal horizontal rods, the butt joints should be used, and the four corners should be fixed on the longitudinal horizontal rods with galvanized steel wires.

6. A base or a backing plate should be set at the bottom of the root pole. Scaffolding must be provided with vertical and horizontal sweeping poles. The vertical sweeping pole should be fixed on the pole at a distance of no more than 200mm from the base epithelium with right-angle fasteners, and the horizontal sweeping pole should also be fixed on the pole immediately below the vertical sweeping pole with right-angle fasteners. When the foundation of the vertical pole is not at the same height, the vertical sweeping pole in the high place must be extended two spans to the low place and fixed with the pole, and the height difference should not be greater than lm. The distance from the axis of the vertical pole above the slope to the slope should not be less than 500mm.

7. The step distance of the bottom layer of the scaffold should not be greater than 2m. The poles must be reliably connected to the building with connecting wall pieces. Except for the top step of the top layer, the joints of the other layers must be connected by butt fasteners. If the butt joint method is adopted, the butt joint fasteners shall be arranged in a staggered manner; when the lap joint method is adopted, the lap joint length shall not be less than 1m and shall be fixed by no less than 2 rotating fasteners, and the edge of the end fastener cover plate shall reach the rod The end distance should not be less than l00mm.

8. The arrangement of connecting wall parts should be set close to the main node, and the distance away from the main node should not be greater than 300mm. It should be set from the first vertical horizontal rod on the ground floor; the two ends of the in-line and open type scaffolding must be installed with connecting wall parts, the vertical spacing of such scaffolding and wall parts should not be greater than the height of the building, and should not be greater than 4m (2 steps). For double-row scaffolds with a height of more than 24m, rigid wall parts must be used to reliably connect with the building.

9. Double-row scaffolding should be provided with scissor braces and transverse diagonal braces, and single-row scaffolding should be provided with scissor braces. The number of scissors struts spanning the poles should not exceed 7 when the inclination angle between the scissors strut and the ground is 45°; when the inclination angle between the scissors strut and the ground is 50°, it should not exceed 6; When the inclination angle of the struts to the ground is 60°, there should not be more than 5. The width of each scissor brace should not be less than 4 spans, and should not be less than 6m, the inclination angle between the inclined rod and the ground should be between 45°~60°; the single and double row scaffolds with a height of fewer than 24m must be on the outer facade. A pair of scissor braces shall be set at each end of the building, and shall be continuously arranged from bottom to top; the clear distance between each pair of scissor braces in the middle shall not be greater than 15m; the double-row scaffolding with a height of more than 24m shall be placed on the entire length and height of the outer façade. Scissor braces shall be arranged continuously on the upper part; the transverse diagonal braces shall be arranged in the same section and arranged continuously in a zigzag pattern from the bottom to the top layer, and the fixing of the diagonal braces shall comply with relevant regulations; Horizontal diagonal braces should be set every 6 spans in the middle.
