Fastener type steel pipe scaffold erection plan

1. Pole erection

The distance between the vertical poles is about 1.50m. Due to the shape and purpose of the building, the distance between the vertical poles can be adjusted slightly, and the row spacing of the vertical poles is 1.50m. The net distance between the inner row of poles and the wall is 0.40m, the outer row of poles and the wall is 1.90m, the lower section of the frame uses double poles, and the upper section uses a single pole. The joints of adjacent vertical poles should be staggered by 2~3m, and they must be connected by in-line fasteners. Cross fasteners must not be used to connect to the large cross-road or hinged fasteners. The vertical poles must be vertical with a deviation of 1/200 pole height. The connection of the two poles in the inner and outer rows should be perpendicular to the wall. When the scaffolding is erected to the top of the building, the inner row of poles should be 40-50cm lower than the eaves of the building, and the outer row of poles should be 1 to 1.5m higher than the eaves of the building. Two guardrails should be erected and a safety net should be hung.

 

2. Installation of the large crossbar

The scaffold must be equipped with a sweeping pole in the vertical and horizontal directions. The step distance of the large cross pole in this project is 1.5m, which can meet the needs of floor operations but should not exceed 1.5m. The large crossbar must be connected horizontally. Use a one-character card long connection, and must not be connected by a hinge card. Synchronous inner row joints and upper and lower step joints in the same row must be staggered by a vertical rod spacing. Crossbar should be used for the edge connector of the large crossbar and the vertical bar.

 

3. Installation of the small crossbar

The spacing of the small crossbars is about 1.50m with the vertical rod spacing, the wall end is 30cm away from the structural wall, and the outer end protrudes 5cm from the vertical rod. When the small crossbar is laid, the spacing shall not be greater than 1.5m, and when it is not paved, the spacing shall not be greater than 3.0m. After the small horizontal rod and vertical rod are fixed, use a cross card instead of a shaft card. The small cross-bar should be pressed on the large cross-bar, and should not be used by hanging under it.

 

4. Scaffolding

This project uses 5cm thick wooden scaffolds, made of pine or fir, with a length of 4m, a width of 20-25cm, and a single piece weight not greater than 30Kg. The scaffold board of the construction work layer must be fully spread, laid tightly, and steadily, without probe boards, flying jump boards, and the joints of the scaffold boards shall be flat, and the joints must be equipped with double horizontal rods. Use Φ12 or Φ14 steel bars to horizontally press the scaffold board, fasten the scaffold board with 8# lead wire and small crossbars, the spacing between the steel bars of the scaffold board is 2.0m, and each scaffold board shall not be less than 3 lines. The outer side of the scaffold on the working floor must be equipped with toe boards, and the height shall not be less than 18cm.

 

5. Protection

The railing is set between the upper and lower large crossbars on the outside of the operating surface, with a height of 1/2 step, and is set with the operating surface. During construction, it will be installed on the outer row of vertical poles. The intersection of the railing and the vertical bar should be fastened with a cross card, and the connection method of the one-shaped card is the same as that of the large crossbar. The small eye vertical net should be completely sealed from bottom to top and tied tightly with the large crossbar on the same layer of the scaffold to prevent leakage. During construction, the eyelet net is sealed on the outer frame.

 

6. Safety protection measures

Steel pipe: The pipe body should be straight, with an outer diameter of 48-51 mm, and a wall thickness of 3 to 3.5 mm. The maximum length is six meters, three meters, and two meters, followed by four meters. The steel pipe should be checked before entering the site. Business license and qualification certificate, the site must have a quality assurance sheet (certificate) and check the appearance quality. It is prohibited to use it if the wall thickness is not enough, severely rusted, bent, flattened, or cracked.

 

7. Fasteners

It must be a malleable steel fastener produced by a unit approved by the labor department. It has no defects in appearance, flexible connection and rotation, and has a certificate of factory qualification. Check its appearance quality. It is found that there are embrittlement, deformation, slippage, and off-axis. Plate, pine or fir quality, length 2-6 meters, thickness 5 cm, width 23-25 ​​cm, hoop with lead wire after purchase. There are active nodes in the rotten arm cracks, and scaffolds with serious offset and deformation are prohibited from use. The width of the safety net is not less than 3 meters, the length is not more than 6 meters, and the mesh is not more than 10cm. Safety nets that must be woven with nylon, cotton, nylon, and other materials that meet national crude standards are strictly prohibited from using broken and decayed safety nets. Polypropylene small eye nets are only allowed to be used as vertical nets.
