Problems that need to be paid attention to when removing the used scaffold

Attention should be paid to the removal of scaffolding: before the scaffolding is removed, scaffolding debris and ground obstacles should be removed, and the removal can only be carried out after the approval of the relevant departments. Demolition must be carried out layer by layer from top to bottom. It is strictly forbidden to work up and down at the same time. First remove the guardrails, scaffolding, and horizontal rods, and then remove the upper fasteners of the scissor support in turn. Before removing all the scissor supports, temporary steel support must be installed to prevent the scaffold from falling. The connecting wall parts must be disassembled layer by layer with scaffolding. Before dismantling the scaffolding, it is strictly forbidden to dismantle all or several layers of the connecting wall, and the height difference between dismantling sections shall not be greater than 2 levels. When removing scaffolding members, 2 or 3 people must cooperate. When removing the vertical bar, it should be passed down by the person standing in the middle, and throwing is strictly prohibited.

Warning lines must be set up around the demolition work area and at the entrances and exits of the demolition work area and guarded by special personnel. It is strictly forbidden for non-operators to enter the dangerous area; temporary fences should be used when dismantling large shelves; if there are obstacles to electrical wires and other equipment in the work area, the relevant departments should be contacted in advance to take corresponding measures. When the scaffolding moves to the height of the lower long pole, temporary support and reinforcement should be installed in the appropriate position, and the wall should be removed to ensure safety; in the whole process of removal, the project team leader, squad leader, The safety officer of the engineering department and the shelving work supervisor are responsible for command and supervision, and are responsible for the operation of handling materials and the supervision of operators. After the demolition, the remaining materials and the dismantled materials must be cleaned up in time, and they must be transported to the designated location as soon as possible for sorting and placement.
